This should really be a review for the Clinique rep inside Macy’s. She looked like she was 24, tan, long brown hair, rude, uneducated on products. I requested a make-over and got a combative, argumentative«consultant» who didn’t know the products at all. I have black hair, black eyebrows. She showed me powder for blonde eyebrows, said there was only one way to do eyes. She kept asking me how I did my make-up so she could replicate it completely… That’s not what a make-over is. I just wanted to cry. Every comment I made I was yelled at.

Worst macys I have ever been to. I went in search for cufflinks. I stood around in the men’s department and 2 men were working at the counter neither acknowledged me. They did however acknowledge a coworker who came in to chat I guess on his day off. Finally chose a set of cufflinks and was ready to check out but there was a lady checking out that was wearing perfume that was making me sneeze so I went in search of a new register. No register was open on men’s floor. I went to the ladies floor and saw several associate all who ignored me. I finally found 1 person at a register. I asked if I could check out. She asked another worker if she was working a register and then proceeded to walk away from me. I have never seen such poor customer service. I shop at Macy’s but I will never purchase another thing at this location.

This Macy’s was an embarrassment to the brand. I have been to about 30 around the country. Never have I seen a Macy’s men’s department so dirty, messy and under staffed. When I finally saw a staff member he burped really loud and smiled at me. I stood in Men’s suit department for 10 minutes looking for help and nobody came near the whole section. Every shelf and rack I looked at was a total mess. Nothing in size or style order. I will not return to this Macy’s.

HORRIBLESERVICE! My wife got a dress for Christmas and brought it back because it would not fit. Because we did not have a receipt, or a return label they declined to help us at all. These people made me feel as if they thought I stole it. I have been in retail for 5 years and I would never want to make some one feel the way I feel. I would give the store NOSTARS if I could. I will never come back to this store and if you haven’t been I would stay away!

This Macy’s is terrific. Only a moron who’s been living under a rock for their entire life and has no concept of how things work in the real word would expect a full refund after returning an article of clothing without a receipt. Here’s my advice… next time don’t leave your brains at home. Bring both your brains and receipt to this Macy’s and you’ll likely receive full cooperation. Unilocal! Real reviews for real people!

Nothing different than your typical Macy’s. My family frequents this Macy’s and we love their staff. An older gentleman by the name of Jeremy, made both me and my fiancé’s day shopping this past Veterans Day. Great help.

macys wtf, seriously a supervisor was suppose to call me back before 7 pm, nnnnnooopeeeeeeee liars! & theives they charged my card 4 times for 4 different amounts, needless to say i hate them!!! never again and this was credit from the last screw up from last month lmao see ya!!! kohls and bloomies — and nordstrom here i come, macys needs competition then they will get their act together until then all of us are scrwed!!! oh heres a corporate phone number for you 513−573−2604 ask for toni roundtree im going to be calling her again, this is a fix on top of a fix wow they are batting negative 200 so far, way to go macys!

I purchased a couple of clothing articles at Macy’s yesterday. While checking out, the person at the register offered to give me 25% off if I left the clothes there and picked them up after December 4th. Just for clarity, I’ll type that again… While at the register, the cashier offered me 25% off ONLY if I left my purchases at the store and returned to the store to pick them up on December 4th. Yes, you read that correctly. FUCKYOU Macy’s.
