I walked in at 5pm because someone had given me a gift certificate, I got a pedicure and it was pretty short but my nails look fine. Typical nail salon, broken english and they seem to hate their job. I can’t stand when nail salons run sports or the news on their flatscreens, it’s not what I want to be stuck staring at or hearing when I’m paying for SALONAMBIANCE. Perhaps someone should teach a class on basic salon experience 101 because they have no idea what clients want or don’t give a damn, either way, they dont deserve my business. She charged me $ 25 the moment I sat at the drier, and let me know tips can’t be taken out of gift certificates — I gave her a $ 10. I was under the nail drier for maybe 10 min when a tech came over to ask me to check if they’re dry and took off my nail separating foam things. I said it hasn’t been that long, she just stood there. I said if they smudge there really was was no point, she quickly said«ok you wait» and stood a little further away with her hand on her hip, looking at me and talking to her coworker in her language. A min later she came over again to kick me out, she suggested I can take my shoes n socks and drive home in my foam flip-flops. I thought(and said) that’s not really safe. I didn’t see what another 5−10min to make sure they didn’t smudge and ruin would make. I get she wants to go home but really? Rudeness.

This is a great nail spa. I usually see Lena who is very good. Her mani-pedis always last a long time and are always expertly done. The prices are also reasonable and the chairs very comfortable(important to me since I have a bad back). I recommend it entirely.

I’ve been going to this nail salon for a long time and I think it is one of the best in the area. They’re very fairly priced and I’ve never had to make an appointment. Even if they are busy when I walk in they always take me fairly quickly. They are very fast but still do a great job. The salon always looks clean and is up to my standards. I don’t go anywhere else :)

Nice enough place but lady really tried to pressure me into getting a gel mani when I only wanted a regular. Had to turn her down 3 – 4 times! Also she told my mother and I quote«you pay me now you dry enough». It’s become a running joke between the two of us. Also was a very rushed job when they were not crowded at all. Will NOT be coming back. Too many other similarly priced places near by with WAY better service.

This was my first trip to Crystal nails and I am glad I came. I really had no idea what to expect but I was in dire need of a pedicure and figured I’d give it a shot since its convenient in my daily travels. I arrived and was immediately greeted by the staff who promptly informed me they had an opening– score! The girl who assisted me was great. She worked diligently and soon my feet were rejuvenated. I have to say the leg and foot massage she gave me for just a simple standard pedicure is worth noting. I’m not sure I ever had someone pay such close attention and devote a solid 5 + minutes to making sure my feet were relaxed. I was surprisingly impressed! The price was comparable to just about everywhere else locally and it was a nice no nonsense stop for me today to get my feet back into spring condition. I will DEFINITELY visit again!

I have been going to crystal nails for years. Even though I have moved far away I still go back. My fills will last 3 weeks. I have never found another place that does such a quality job. Pedicures last 2 – 3 weeks without chipping. They keep the place very clean I have even seen the cleaning routine when I am there late. The prices are VERY reasonable comparable to other places but far better service

HORRIBLE… dirty, gross, and hoping I get no infection or fungus… got a manicure with the gel nails that are supposed to last 3 weeks, for $ 30!!! It was 9 days ago, and my nails look horrible, you can see where they want to lift! I will never ever go back there EVER! dirty nail clippings on the side of the pedicure chair should have been my first clue… Shame on me.
