This place isn’t cool, in fact it’s downright cold! We got our food an by the time we poured our drinks, the burgers & fries were cold! We shivered while we ate our food, Then left to warm up in the car!

We have been coming to this BK a handful of times per year for the past 5 years. It has continued to slide downhill and I don’t think we will be visiting again. Today, I tried to take my kids for lunch. The dining room had a definite fly problem. The woman taking orders was completely incompetent and could not punch in more than one item every 30 secs or so. She also had to narrate her every move when trying to run to register(«whopper jr… Whopper jr… Where are you whopper junior… Hmmm, not over here… Lemme check over here… Nope… Argh… Ahh, there you are! Whopper junior… Now, it’s asking me if u want cheese! «). Apparently they were backed up on drive thru, so she then abandoned the register up front. The absolute worst part is that an employee who was there on his off day spent 5 minutes complaining about the management and how things were run at the store. All within easy earshot of all the customers in line. No one wants to hear that. We left before we even ordered and went to the freshly renovated McDonalds next store. A world of difference! Won’t be back!!!

I try to stay away from fast food, but I forgot my lunch today. Man, I kinda regret it. The burger was fine, I have no issue with that. My problem is the service. I understand your job sucks in the grand scheme of things, but how is that my fault? Why am I going to give you my name if you are going to call by number? I was standing 3 feet from the counter and even I couldn’t hear the number called for the guy that ordered before me. Lets top that off with the fact he came back from his seat a solid 4 minutes after his number had been called, once. He asked if the tray was his number and not one of the three people within 5 feet even acknowledged his existence. Seriously? I had to tell him it was his. If you are going to be working in an environment where you deal with customers face to face, be polite. If you’re going to be upset cause you work in fast food, its not the job. It’s you.
