The entire staff at Artiste Hair Studio is great! I have had a service done by all of them. Lisa is my stylist and she is fantastic. She makes sure I am always happy, and that says a lot because I can be difficult to please at times. I look for reasons to have my makeup done by Arnie. His work is amazing! I recommend Cintia for her Brazilian blow dry. I look forward to my time spent here.

I’ve been going to this salon for about 10 years. I’ve moved an hour and ½ away and still make the drive down every 7 weeks. The service is amazing. Lisa has never let me down and that’s saying a lot since I’ve had every hair style and color under the sun.

I live in MetroWest and had been trekking to Newbury Street for years for my haircuts, convinced it was the only place I could be guaranteed state of the art techniques, top quality products, and highly skilled stylists. The time commitment, traffic, and parking were hassles, but I thought it was the price I had to pay. About 8 months ago, I noticed a local friend’s fabulous fresh hairstyle – sharp technical cut – and asked if she got it in Boston. She told me, «No, it was Arnie at Salon Gina Cho!»(15 minutes from my house!!) I had been thinking of a style change, and so took the plunge, making an appointment with Arnie. I was delighted with the cut, which was a significant change from my usual one – a situation that is so often a recipe for disappointment. I have had several cuts now, and recommended the salon to many. My daughter(who lives in Connecticut and had traveled to NYC for her haircuts) has joined me as a highly satisfied client of Arnie’s.

I went here a few times and saw Khao. He had a great personality and did good work, but I’m convinced that this place uses cheap, damaging color products. I’ve been dying my hair for over a decade. After moving from right outside Boston to the metrowest suburbs, I decided to grow my natural color out. When I felt it was time to color it again, I figured I’d find a new place closer to my new home. This place came recommended to me. I went in for highlights 3 times and I kept noticing that my hair got progressively dryer and more brittle with each color. An alarm should have went off in my head when I was told that my hair was fine and could damage easily from going lighter. I’ve had my hair colored very light(even lighter than it is now) many times in the past and had no issues, so at the time, the comment didn’t phase me. Should have thought twice. Now I’m stuck with a head full of damaged hair that needs to be grown all out again. So upsetting.
