Enjoyable dining experience. Good service. Creative menu with lots of great choices. Leisurely paced evening and allowed us to linger to talk over dessert. Top picks at our table — bread w roasted garlic, Gorgonzola dressing on salad, homemade ravioli & Scallops Sarah. We’ll be back!

The Waitress did try and for effort I gave her her well earned tip. But when I found a cartilage in my chicken parm with my plain unsaucy penne alla vodka… this place was done. Oh and I paid about $ 40.00 for the two plates of the same dish and two drinks. Not worth coming back…

I recently had lunch there and the prices are phenomenal. I got a lunch special for $ 10.62. Eggplant Rolitini with pasta, mozzarella and tomato salad and an éclair. Only down side is they dont deliver but the staff is great. I did get there and called for someone for a few minutes because no one was on the floor. I waited a half hour to pick up so they should of been expecting me. I was the only customer too.

I stand by my review. I agree that Sante was there at the door when we came in, but we did not see him again. As for the wait staff, they may have been busy with others, but we were paying customers as well. To not have our water refilled after looking around and waving for someone is not acceptable. The food was still not up to par. It used to be much better. And I don’t appreciate your comment(warning?) …“be careful what I say.” Exactly what do you mean by that remark? Unilocal is an place to express customer reviews. I say what I mean and I mean what I say.

We came during Milford Restaurant Week and made reservations for a party of 3 on Friday night. We arrived a little early and the hosts informed us that our table would be just a few minutes while they cleaned and re-set it. Five minutes later, a hostess was showing us to the table. Our server came by promptly and took drink orders, two Proseccos and a White Zinfandel. For apps we all ordered the Calamari, later on noticing we could’ve shared different apps. Oops! For entrée I ordered the Braised Short Rib over risotto, my girlfriends ordered the Blackened Stuffed Salmon and the Balsamic Roasted Chicken. The short ribs were so tender I didn’t even need a fork and it had a nice crust on the outside. The risotto was good as well, albeit a little dry. The demi glaze sauce saved it! The salmon was perfect, her plate was cleaned! The chicken was also praised, everyone was happy with their selection. For dessert we had 2 Boston Crème cakes and one cheesecake, a nice ending to our meal. Only real downside was that the server hovered while we were paying the check. We’re counting bills and calculating the tip and she kind of just stood there. A little awkward to say the least. My girlfriend texted me saying she was thinking of how good her meal was. Looks like we will be back!

This was the first time my boyfriend and I ever had dinner here and we were extremely pleased. We eat out at many places and we will definitely be back to this one. Food timing was great. We didn’t have to wait long for anything. The mood was very comfortable with dim lights and a live guitarist. We ordered a bottle of Oberon red wine Cab., the Baked Oysters Rockefeller, Pan Roasted Clams, Pollo Monte Carlo, the Scallops Sarah, cheesecake, and a cannoli. We were NOT disappointed. Delicious food and great hospitality. We were later greeted by the owner, Sante, who let us taste another red wine and then recommended another to come back for. A great first time experience.

Beware everything here is the lowest quality. The chef looks like he just got out of prison. And he was very unprofessional flirting and hitting on my girlfriend and I. The place is a discrace to italians everywhere the eggplant parm was soggy and watery. The chicken Marsala tasted like there was no wine only gravy. As far as Italian food us concerned your better off trying to make it at home because this chef is horrible. He tried to recommend some dish that he was proud of, when i tried it I instantly spit it out it was old and disgusting. As far as technique and execution all of the food only looks good. Overall the only thing that actually was good was the service which is why I give it a star.

I have been a long term guest at Aldarios as my place of employment is relatively close in proximity. After a long day a few of my coworkers and I decided to go to Aldarios for a very late lunch. We arrived at the restaurant at 3 pm. The restaurants lightening looked darker than our previous visits. Ahh it was after 2 pm and lunch was over . We were greeted by Sante, who immediately made us feel at home and said lunch is over but no problem I will be happy to hook you guys up. His demeanor was so welcoming and the atmosphere was amazing. Sante made us feel like VIP and treated us with so much curtsey and respect that we were floored by this type of customer service . Sante took care of every detail and made sure our meal and service was top rate . The dining room was closed but Sante accommodated us in an old school manner that is well worth this review The food was outstanding and the staff absolutely true and comforting. Please go visit Aldarios for a great meal and an old school family atmosphere Cheers to you Sante for taking the time out of your day to make our experience amazing !!!

Just got back from the Tuesday night buffet. Needless to say, my boyfriend and I were disappointed. The spread looked nice but looked much better than it tasted. The fish was dry and the roast beef was way over cooked. The worst part was my boyfriend pulled a sharp piece of plastic out the the bite of Mac and cheese he took, and when he told the hostess, she apologized, but there was no compensation on the bill. The waitstaff all seemed nice, but we will not be going back for the buffet.

I have been here for lunch, the dinner buffet and a holiday party. I cant say one bad thing about this place. The food was delicious every time. I went with a group of friends from work and they were loving everything about it. I noticed the negative comment about Tony the waiter. We had him too and I understand what this guy was saying. They probably just wanted to be left alone. Our table on the other hand loved him and the group I was with was joking along with him right from the beginning. We on the other hand didn’t have a problem and the jokes were going back and forth.

I have been to Aldario’s twice for the Tuesday night buffet. I have never tasted such delicious food at a buffet anytime, anywhere. The ambiance, staff are 5 star. The food is absolutely mouth wateringly(is that a word?) amazing. I am probably ruining it for myself by writing this review because I expect the place to start to become kind of crowded on Tuesday evenings. The regular menu is superb also so I may have do a Friday or Saturday night. The Faustini family has been in business for 60 years and one can readily see why.

Went to Aldario’s for a nice family meal. For the most part, the food was good. I enjoyed the antipasto and the manicotti. The salad was extremely overdressed and I wish I had asked for the dressing on the side. The waiter, though, was what ruined this experience for me. His name was Tony, and I think he was trying to banter with us(he had nicknames for the people at the table, for example). We weren’t really into it, and he seemed to take that poorly. He was subtly rude to me in a few exchanges, and then blatantly described me as stupid when I asked for more water after he already said he would bring it over(he asked me if it took me two hours to watch 60 minutes). Then, when it was time for dessert, he talked at least two members of our party out of ordering the chocolate lava cake. While the food was good, the service was disappointing and left a bad taste in my mouth.

My girlfriend and I went to Aldario’s last night for dinner around 7:30 pm. There was a holiday party going on in the banquet room, and the dining room was about ¾ full. We ordered an app(panacotta) VERY good. Next were the dinner salad. Romaine, three thin ultra cucumber slices and a tomatoes wedge. That’s it. I had blue cheese on mine. We both had chicken parm(platter) for dinner. That’s where it went downhill. Each came with three small chicken tenders that were floured and sautéed, not breaded like every Italian makes them. There was more penne than chicken. I ate it, but it was missing that true chicken parm taste. When we were finished, my girlfriend asked for hers to be wrapped, then the bill came. 1 app, 2 dinners no drinks(on the wagon… drank good olé water LOL). 40 bucks with tax. 7 for the app 15 each for the chicken and 1 for extra blue cheese. I didn’t order extra blue cheese. I asked the waitress what this was for. her response since«cheese dressing cost more, most restaurants charge extra» WTF are you kidding me. This was never mentioned or listed anywhere. Best part is we paid, got our changes and our take home doggie bag never arrived. I’ve eaten here a few years ago, but I was shocked when I left. Hopefully they were having a bad night.

Recently went to a bridal shower at Aldario’s. Everything was wonderful! Delicious buffet choices(including shrimp) and great service. Our family has had several events here & you won’t go wrong.
