Looking for fresh chickens? This is the place to go. Some people swear they can taste the difference between a fresh chicken and the stuff you get at the regular supermarket. Personally I can’t taste the difference. Maybe there’s something wrong with my taste buds. I don’t appreciate subtle flavors as much as the strong «in your face» bold flavors. Some folks say these fresh birds are a little more tough. While other folks say the meat is more tender. There must be something to it because we’re all packed into the car on a rainy day for a fresh bird.
