I am the type of person who delays doing what I need to get done because of the fear of the unknown. I finally got up the courage to get my hearing tested. The people at Connect hearing were amazing. They were totally honest and I actually didn’t need the hearing aids. In the future if and when I do need hearing aids I am going back to Connect Hearing. I didn’t need to have the fear I had because of the way the people at Connect Hearing treated me. They are exceptional at what they do and are very professional at what they do and most importantly they will not sell you what you don’t need.

Connect Hearing in the Midvale Location has great staff. Brooke and Meagan couldn’t have been more personable. Enjoyed my visit. The one problem I did have was location. The office was difficult to find and not enough signage to help locate the site. I feel the company needs to look at ways to help someone better find the location.
