I like Shannon there. We’ve had some other good people here. One time we came (when it first opened) and a lady stalked us around the store. It was mad scary! Usually at furniture stores they will print out the piece of paper when the customer asks. We asked Shannon, she did it no problem. Then I asked for another sofa and some lady was like no, she doesn’t have a copier. That’s a first! However, after I stood there holding the paper (because someone WAS going to print it out for me) the lady came back and was like I’ll go ahead and print it. (Umm soo what, you magically discovered a printer) Then she comes back and says that she told the manager on Shannon… girl! Don’t you know nobody likes a snitch! At the end of the day I got my paper printed… and hopefully I’ll be back to get that sofa so Shannon can make a sale! Even though in the end it looked like she had given up on us. But I’m a customer, I want what’s best in my house… so Ima look at everything and critique every little thing and compare prices at other stores. Sorry if my review is long and I have typos. ALSO just want to say it was 1 or 2 employees there with good costumer service. The pregnant Asian lady was the worst. she was just standing there acting mute, like… WHATTTTTT! This job is not for you if you’re just going to stand there. (My bad, she wasn’t standing, she was sitting.)
UPDATE (next day) At Havertys, asked for a copy. Got it no problem… Guess who’s getting a new Havertys sofa.
