Customer Service here sucks! Sales Reps pretend to be experts about your phone and service plans of other companies. I tried to use«Jump» program to upgrade 3 of 4 phones on my account and was not happy. 2 of the phones had little screen damage(deep scratches) but you can still see whatever is on screen like emails, text, contacts, etc. I was told I need to do an insurance claim on the two phones $ 175 each plus $ 64 tax each phone. I ask what is the purpose of the jump plan if I have to do all that? I informed the con artist sales rep I would go to SPRINT if they couldn’t assist me without charging me an arm and a leg. He said he couldn’t and SPRINT wouldn’t take the slightly worn/damage phones. I took my family to SPRINT. I got $ 300 for each phone that was not worn and $ 150 each for the other 2 phones. $ 900 total. I am a HAPPYSPRINTCUSTOMERNOW!
