Pro Nails

Just had my nails done here. They came out nice but the service took FOREVER. I waited almost an hour to get my nails done between pedicure and manicure before I had enough and decided to just leave. If you have four hours to waste, this is the place for you. If you want to get your nails done in a timely manor, go somewhere else.

I found this place by accident!!! I can’t believe I have lived in this town for 20 years and missed it!!!
Clean, attentive, and friendly service! I have had my nails done at some pretty high end salons and this place is just as good if not better.
I will admit… I was quite surprised! I was not real excited about the background music but who cares when your nails turn out perfect every time!
Been going now, for 6 months. This is absolutely my new place!

Thoroughly NOT impressed with my pedicure service. The gentleman did not do standard things that are usually done in a pedicure, i.e. use of cuticle softener. I got cut and began to bleed in the process because he was being too rough. He did not shape my toenails whatsoever. I haven’t been here and years and now I remember why. Definitely won’t be back. Definitely wouldn’t recommend. Ugh!

I was greeted as soon as I walked in. She helped me with the prices and was friendly about helping me pick out colors. My mani and pedi turned out awesome.

I was not impressed with the no chip manicure I received here. The nail tech did not apply enough nail polish, and the red is practically clear. Within a few days my nail polish was chipping off. I will not be going here again.

Such an efficient, polite, caring staff. I usually only get regular manicures and pedicure but have watched many others get nails put on and they are gorgeous. Treat yourself and get the spa pedicure. Hoi is my girl — she’s wonderful. Tonya runs the show, she’s personable, bright and cares for every customer– they all do.

They do such a good job and they’re SO clean!
But the little dude lays the polish on a lil too thick!
That’s ok though;; they’re still my fav.

I went back to Pro Nails last week to get my nails redone and I was happy with the results. Tanya who is my go to tech did an awesome job on my nails because so far they’ve held up very well before I got my new set put on. Pro Nails is one of three places I will go to because the people who worked on me do good work. I wouldnt do a review of someplace if I can help someone to seek out good service whether it be for nails or anything. I believe in acknowledging good service and putting the crappy ones on blast. If there’s anything about Pro Nails they are clean and professional and you only go where the work is good and Pro Nails is good I am on my second set of a french manicure and they are holding up very well through countless handwashing since I work in health care and its important to have a good manicure that can withstand that. Again from my previous review it can get busy in there some days so it’s advisable to make an appointment and always get the name of the tech who works on you so you can ask for them everytime you come there.
