why on earth does this location keep screwing the customer and corporate closes their eyes? I waited over an hour! something is wrong with the management here!

We arrived for a dine-in meal on a Friday night. We were not seated personally but told to pick our seat. No menus were provided. They were operating with one waitress for approximately 6 tables. She was doing her best, but she cannot do it all. We had coupons for free personal pans for the kids, but we were told they were out of personal pan dough. No alternatives were requested or provided. There were five tables not bussed and as people left, there was no one to clean up after them. No silverware was ever provided to us, and I honestly think they don’t have enough. The inside is filthy and the only music playing was rap. We will not be returning here.

Absolutely the worst pizza experience ever. Ordered from here twice due to connivence. The following is what occurred.
1. Order delivery and it arrived almost an hour late and missing a ton of stuff. Ordered the box meal and it was missing sauces and breadsticks. Seems to me if you are missing key ingredients to a box your company created you probably should get out of the game.
2. Ordered Pick up due to the delivery issue. We got there and the ovens broke so the pizza was cooking at half speed. Instead of offering another solution we had to wait almost an hour for our pizzas to cook. The service was nice enough but the situation isn’t any good.
So go somewhere OTHER than here to get pizza. The building and ovens are too old to accommodate a business.
