I never write reviews but I can’t not write one for this business. They came out to look at my ice maker because they are in my network for my home warranty. They took my ice maker to their «shop» to replace the compressor. More than 8 weeks have gone by and in that time they have not returned my calls, when I did get a hold of them they told me it was working fine, even going as far as scheduling the re-​install and then not showing. They literally have not returned one phone call. I have called them weekly for updates. They are now saying that the machine is not repairable, pocketing about 600 bucks from the warranty company. Money that should be mine. The owner even had the nerve to tell me we never should have attempted to fix the machine in the first place. I still have not received the broken machine back making me think they are not only incompetent liars, but thieves also. Please stay far, far away from this company. If this review keeps one person from becoming victims from these hapless buffoons then all this will be worth it.
