Love this place. The best tea I have ever had. The staff is super nice and informative and they offer a military discount which is RARE in Midland. They have changed names though, but are still in the same location.

Great Chai! Really pricey! Ice tea is very reasonable and yummy! The service is very good and the employees are friendly! Go try it!

I am a tea addict, so when someone recommended tea 2 go, I couldn’t wait to try it out! They have a pretty decent variety of teas and mixes to try out, as well as pre made tea. They also have rock sugar like teavana, to get a more natural flavor of the tea. The only qualm I have with this place is the service. The last two times I’ve stopped in to get a drink the associates were very unfriendly. Other than that, it’s a great place to grab an iced or hot tea!

Tea 2 Go, as refreshing and much needed as it is in Midland, lacks consistency and continuity. I understand the need to have new and exciting things to maintain consumer interest, but it’s like there’s a different flow every time I visit. Sometimes I walk in to discover that there’s a hot dog stand in the back, or that they have suddenly decided to remove just one variety of tea(which happened to be my favorite) from the cold tea bar without changing any of the other flavors, or that the register has randomly been moved out from behind the counter which, by the way, resulted in it taking several minutes to actually get one of the employees to stop their conversation about Nike Frees to come let me pay out. However, I will say, the local art exhibitions have been phenomenal. I do also find that the brewing quality is inconsistent. Sometimes I have a great, well brewed cup of black tea, but then the next go around I have a white tea that has had the every living crap steeped out of it, and the same goes for the cold bar as far as varying levels of strength within one variety from day-to-day. There needs to be a better standard in practice for correctly steeping each variety of tea every single time. I don’t want to have lukewarm or over-heated water, and I also don’t want my tea being steeped too little or too much. Other than that, I am delighted to finally have a tea room in Midland.

Definitely a must try! I only wish the tea was organic. If I am wrong someone please let me know.

I’m addicted to Tea2go and I don’t care. The staff is super friendly and eager to help. My favorite loose leaf is the pineapple honeybush I believe is what it’s called. It’s floral and fruit combination makes me feel like I’m in paradise instead of in Midland! I also love how they display local art and host events that range from open mic’s to little art shows.

The tea is great but the internet is useless and the chairs are uncomfortable to say the least. I came here to study and get some tea(at home too many distractions) and will be leaving very soon because of the comfort level.

Updated to 3 stars: What use to be a clean and crisp tea shop is now overstuffed with art classes in the back, and every kind of individually-packaged junk/snack food you could think of. Seriously, the cashier moved to a little movable cart because they had to cram everything on the main counter. They have pretty much done away with the tea bar; usually they only have about 2 flavors on hand ready to go this way. And I liked the Coconut Tea; but I don’t have the patience to wait 15 minutes for«fresh-brewed» when their«fresh-brewed» isn’t even better than the ready-to-go. And they want to charge double if you don’t want ice! I can understand that alittle because I am sure people take advantage of that; but not everyone likes ice-cold watered down tea! One of the positives is they stopped illegally getting their sweets from a local baker. Maybe they finally read the Texas Cottage Law; but they now offer packaged sweets from The Cake Company out of Odessa which comes from a commercial kitchen. This use to be one of my favorite little stops to treat myself on the weekends, now I will just go elsewhere.

Great tea but don’t expect to enjoy it on premise. The WIFI may be free but is utterly useless. The décor is sterile/cold and the store temperature made it uncomfortable without a coat. Come but don’t stay.

I was excited to hear that a tea shop opened in Midland. I’ve lived in many places with tea shops, and alway enjoy a cup of high quality loose leaf tea to relax. I loved my tea I got today(white tea, dragon tea) and my husband loved the pumpkin tea. The atmosphere was relaxing. Staff was friendly and helpful. I also bought a muffin which was tasty. However, I was disappointed that the place uses styrofoam cups and I was especially disappointed when I ordered my tea to stay and drink there, I received a to go cup. Having tea cups and saucers for people who stay to enjoy their tea there would really help.

Very nice place to sit down and drink some tea. I really liked their coconut black tea. The staff is very nice and the prices are awesome($ 1-$ 2 for a drink the size of a big gulp).
