I changed my oil here. No fluid top up because they ran out. I went to the shelf to buy it they have only the expensive one(of course) last piece hurry up and Grab it. Come to find out it was pierced and it was losing fluid. I ditched the whole thing and getting ready to leave I wanna see the miles on my next oil change to my surprise there was no sticker. They ran out of these too.

Hate this place… the manager names angel or angelina something she was very rude and taking personal cellphone calls infront of customers when customers are waiting… i had a bad experience with this lady… she have no idea what is customer service… she made me to choose different place to do an oil change because of her service… thank you sears for giving bad service to your customers by hiring these kind of people…

Went to Avis and will charge me $ 40 for an oil change. So I decided to try sears and it only cost me $ 20. Good customer service skills. Took a little bit longer to get my car back but I understand because their busy. I’m just glad their open for Memorial day. They were honest that they can’t change my transmission fluid. I checked my oil filter to see if they changed it and they did. The best part about this place is I can walk around the mall while I wait for my car. I decided to change my oil 3000 miles later and I found out that they didn’t put the washer. 4 stars just became 2.

Good place to drop your car for some oil change, etc, and go Midland mall shopping while the car is being cared for. Price is Average or slightly above, customer service is alright.
