Had a tiny rock crack my windshield so I though they could do a minor windshield fix. Instead they made it worse then wanted me to pay them more money to replace the entire windshield since they messed it up trying to fix it. Truly they are running a racket getting paid to fix it then failing and expecting even more money

Sadly, this provider is experiencing growing pains. I tried to schedule an appointment this afternoon. After over 45 minutes on the phone, I had to disconnect. The person trying to schedule my appointment repeatedly asked the same questions over and over. I was put on hold and asked the same questions again & again. She did tell me that she was new (don’t share that – I don’t care). I called after I received an email from Safelite & was told the software was stupid & they had a lot of new people. Good luck.
