The menu we were given was covered in some sticky sauce(gross). Waitress took forever to greet us and take our order. I ordered one of their new drinks with Titos and it came to me too sweet to drink and did not look anything like the picture in the menu so I sent it back and ordered a margarita instead. We ordered fajitas to share. They took forever to come out again. Our waitress brought us one plate and the fajitas with only 3 tortillas. The fajitas came out like warm(not sizzling) and they tasted just ok. The fried pickles app was good though. But we won’t be coming back anytime soon.

The only reason I selected one star is because I couldn’t select zero. Please, if you have the option of going literally anywhere else, go somewhere else. The hostess didn’t want to seat us, even with all the empty tables around. We ended up waiting nearly 2 hours for our food, and it wasn’t even cooked properly. Definitely not worth the wait and some of the most mediocre service I’ve experienced.

No complaints about waiters. However… we moved here a few months ago from the Dallas area where I have been to numerous Chillis locations with good service. The very odd thing at the Midland Chillis is that I have been there 4 times since we’ve been here & every time I had to wait 30 minutes to an hour even though there was half the restaurant in tables open with no one being sat at those tables. On a Friday night i counted there were 27 tables open & they weren’t seating people at those tables. We all had to wait for the people at the occupied tables to leave. Tonight they literally squished a party of 7 next to our table & we had to ask them to get up so we could leave. There was an entire section of about 15 – 20 tables open & they squished us all together. They were clearly uncomfortable as well. Truly an awful experience all 4 times. They get a ZERO in customer service.

Ok, I’m used to tiny, really tiny portions from Chili’s. I like the flavor of their food so I ordered a sirloin anyway. It is so small you can’t see it under the avacado slices… small avacado slices. Ok. It is what it is. I know they’re the Walmart of restaurants, not McDonalds but… Anyway; I ordered the margarita chicken to go since I already knew that the portions were ridiculously tiny. I’d have something to eat when I got back to my room… not a napkin… not a spork… nothing. Not a single grain of salt or pepper or anything. You want a tip, here it is; do a better job and you’ll still have time to plop down with the regular with a drink in your hand bartender of 11−18−15 @ 4p.m. Edit:rice, how do you eat rice with your fingers?

We came in for our first visit here, although we are at the one back home many times. I went to bar during our 15 minute wait for table. The bartender was rushed but he made amazing drinks. That is a huge plus. We were seated and got quick waiter service. The table next to us walked out because no one came to their table so maybe we were just lucky. It took a while to get our queso for the chips and we ate most of them before it showed up. Didn’t matter because chip refill is free My steak was great, but they ran out of mashed potatoes so I had to settle for fries. My wife got buffalo wings and said they were delicious. We will be back and hope they have everything we order next time and get lucky with good service again Bartender was great when it came to mixing drinks though.

My wife, son and I decided to go to Chili’s as we have long enjoyed dining there. I ordered the classic burger, my wife ordered a chicken quesadilla while our son ordered three beef enchilada’s. The waiter, though young was pleasant and attentive, he checked on is regularly, refilled drinks, chips and salsa promptly. We also ordered a bowl of queso(won’t do that again, though my son and wife liked it). We ate plenty of chips and salsa, which was as delicious as usual. The waiter kept is up to date on our order which shouldn’t have taken so long. When our food arrived, it was hot and looked delicious. However, my burger was over cooked(well done) so it wasn’t tasty. The artisan style bun was«heavy», not so tasty either. My wife ate half of her quesadilla but didn’t like the change in the tortillas, the taste and texture(nor flavor) were as good the old style.(We noticed the change during a previous visit when we ordered fajitas). My son didn’t finish his enchiladas either, as I didn’t finish my burger. This change to a more«Santa Fe» style isn’t any good. We will not return until the next menu/style change. Two stars for the service and chips and salsa.

The chips were great! They were warm and fresh. The service was great, at lunch, in the bar area. The rest of our meal was good too! We will definitely eat here again.

Chilis’s food is similar to Applebee’s(I prefer Applebee’s) We were greeted and were sat right away. It took a bit long for drink orders but that eventually came along. I ordered the«pick three appetizers» because I wasn’t very hungry. I ordered the mega bites(2 beef sliders), boneless buffalo and honey glazed wings. My favorite thing out of all were the Celery that came with the hot wings… My fiancé and brother ordered the«two for $ 20» and they got the chili fries for the appetizer, 6 oz sirloin steak and baby back ribs. The steak was okay and the ribs were kind of… crappy. Our bill came out to be about $ 32 which was pretty decent for how much we ordered, but not worth it. Although our service was amazing. She was on top of our drinks and made sure it was always full. She was attentive and made sure we were doing alright, so we left her 30% tip! Probably won’t be back for dinner, but maybe for happy hour drinks and dessert?

This is bullshit. We waited an eternity, were seated to a dirty table. I waited 30 minutes for A drink and then another 39 minutes for the idiot to take my order. I’m not coming back. No reason to give these idiots a second chance to screw up

I see all these bad reviews, but the food was good, at first it was a little slow but then it picked up, i see that they might have problems with being slow. But they picked up there speed, and were nice and the wait was about 7 min even though they said 25 min wait. Had a good buger and cookie desert is the bomb. They should hire more waiters to prevent the problems

Worst place ever. Let me try to be brief. 1. Bathrooms are TERRIBLE. That makes me think that the kitchen is the same 2. No manager present. If you understaff your place stay at the front and a mange that like a boss. Don’t put a 15 year old kid to run it. He’s doing his best. 3. There were 5 open tables and a fifteen minute wait. Wait. What? 4. Saw 3 parties arguing about not getting their food on time. Kitchen backed up, orders missing. 5. Spoke to manager and her only feedback is «yeah we know we’re understaffed». Well. Then fix it. You’re the manager!!! If you want to wait for a table. Wait for food. And eat in a dirty place. Help yourself.

Didn’t even order dinner. Had a couple of drinks at the bar & I think the GM fired the bartender. Service after that was nonexistent. Chili’s corporate really needs to step in because I’m apparently not the only one with a rough review of this place.

This is the WORST Chili’s I’ve EVER been to! I’ve been to several Chili’s, we always go when we want some drinks and eats… mainly because the service is typically great and drinks are good… WEHADANOTHERTHINGCOMINGATTHISCHILI’S! We headed to Midland 2 weeks ago for MMA fights, as our friends/trainers were on the card. We got there a few hours early, and figured we’d skip the ammy fights and just go watch the pro’s. We decided to head to Chili’s, eat and drink for a few hours and kill some time. I ordered a blue moon(hard to screw up a beer) and my lady ordered a margarita on the rocks. The margarita was horrible, I’m pretty sure a monkey could mix a better drink. I figured oh well, just don’t order mixed drinks and we’ll be good… I’ve had bartenders before that just didn’t make good drinks. Over time 3 younger guys sit down next to us and a little while later 2 older men sit down the way from us. Keep in mind, we’ve been here for an hour already and the bartender says«hey if you guys need something just say so»…ok, not once did he just smile and say can I get you guys anything? So, we flag him down and tell him our order since he never bothered to ask. I tell him my order twice before he puts it in(triple dipper-wings, burgers, and skins) and my lady gets a Classic Margherita Flatbread. Her’s comes out without the Alfredo sauce and we are both thinking… how do you miss that? It’s what makes it! A few mins later he brings out mine and it’s completely wrong. I told him my order again and he takes off to the back. He brings out another plate WRONGAGAIN and I say, man this is what I ordered FOR A FORTHTIME! He brings out the 3rd plate… GUESSWHAT? IT’S WRONGAGAIN! So I told him my order 5TIMES and HENEVERGOTITRIGHT! I was so annoyed when I saw the last plate he brought I told him to take it back and I wasn’t paying for it… and I’d like to speak with the manager. Here’s the best part… the 3 younger guys’ orders were wrong… and to top that, the older mens’ order was wrong as well! The manager finally comes out nearly 30 minutes later and I told him the situation and how the bartender literally got everyone’s order wrong that was sitting at the bar… he shows little concern and we left paying for our drinks… which after that he’s lucky I paid at all. You’d think it was slammed packed or something… it wasn’t even busy! This is the biggest joke of a chain restaurant I’ve seen yet, do yourself a favor and save yourself from frustration, crappy food, drinks, and service… go somewhere else!

This is the second time I’ve visited this location. The host was rude to everyone that came in. He acted like it was an insult to him that people wanted to eat there. As I waited 30 minutes I took a count of the empty tables, over a dozen! Food was ok that time. Figured I’d try again tonight, maybe the last time was a fluke. Wrong. Same thirty minute wait, this time 18 open tables. Ordered the Cajun pasta and added shrimp. When it cam out the shrimp was still mostly raw and translucent and the chicken was still pink. The manager came out and apologized. He remade it for me, but by this time I had lost my appetite. I have begun to notice that poor service is becoming standard at chilis anywhere. I will no longer go to this location in midland or any other for that matter.
