This place is fantastic. The whole process was fast and as simple as it could be. The doctor was very patient and sweet and explained the whole procedure. The associate Candace was phenomenal. She took the time to thoroughly review my insurance policy and helped me find a set of frames that look best for me. I will return next year.

Sending a HUGE thank you to the Middletown store all the way from Colorado!
I had a bad experience with a local store, so I decided to give them a call myself. As soon as I explained my situation, the lady that answered the phone was willing to help! (I was driving so I didn’t catch her name! So sorry!) In a matter of minutes, she pulled up my account and was ready to order me some new contacts. Due to the issues I had already dealt with, she offered to send my contacts via UPS instead of USPS so that I would receive them sooner.
I’ve had nothing but pleasant experiences at this location!

The staff were very polite and very helpful. They were open to answering my random questions and explaining the entire process to me. When it came to the dreaded money part, they sat me down and were very detailed about my options and my budget. Honestly the best experience I’ve had going the eye doctor.
