Called them once, no call back.
I went in and spoke with them about getting a quote… no call back.
A few months later, I went back in and spoke with them about a quote, and they came to my house to look at my current fence… no call back.
This is not a company with any integrity or good sense of customer service. I’ve never seen anything like this from a small business in my life.

Paid a $ 2500.00 deposit over 7 weeks ago. They said that it would be 3 weeks before they could start. 3 weeks went by, no show from Simpsons. After discussing with them as to when they could get to it, they said 2 weeks and they would start. 2 weeks go by, again nothing from them so I call again. I was assured they would be there the following Monday, even after I informed them it would be snowing on Monday. I gave them till noon to show, they didn’t call to cancel they waited for me to call them… needless to say I drove to the store and got mt deposit refunded. The store rep could care less about customer service or professionalism.
If you are looking for a fence steer clear of these local-​yocals.

Not sure how many people are checking Unilocal for fencing companies… but here’s a review that you should see.
I stopped by Simpson Fence Co on Monday June 3rd to request a quote for 84′ feet of fencing and 2 estate gates with gate operators on my semi-​circular driveway. I have called back to Simpson Fence no less than 3 times and it is obvious that nobody wants our business… Very puzzling considering this is probably a $ 15k-​$ 18k job in a down economy. The apathetic attitude of the staff was mind boggling. Try as I might, I was unable to motivate anyone at Simpson Fence to sell me a fencing job. We’re looking elsewhere but SOMEBODY ELSE is going to get paid on this job.
