This was the worst part of our wedding preparation. The website user experience is TERRIBLE and won’t match on partial names or mispellings. Make sure you’ve spelled EVERYONE’s name 100% correct when you give them the info or they will charge you extra. Also, they completely screwed up our meal choices and we had instances where the guest list was also inaccurate(people said they wanted beef on the phone but I looked online and it said chicken. or, i knew someone wasn’t coming but online it said they were. took multiple attempts to correct these errors. I even had 1 person request 2 meals). At the end, we CANCELED the service right before our wedding and finished the process by ourselves. They would NOTREFUND our money so we were forced to pay for a service that provided no value to us. Completely unprofessional. We tried to give them feedback and the manager/owner simply argued with us and made my wife cry. What a terrible person that runs a terrible service. The other person who posted a gleaming review must be the business owner… I mean, really… Wish I could rate something 0 stars.
