Placed my order for carry out on the mobile app. Everything went smooth until I walked into the restaurant. The MANAGER (out of all people) was at the register, I had to TELL her I was picking up. She was not welcoming at all! You would think there was some kind of greeting when I walked in? «Hi, how can I help you» a simple hello would have been great, but NOPE… NOTHING. The entire transaction I felt like I was bothering her. SUCKS! I always leave a tip but she ruined it for her staff. Pizza was good, wished my experience was the same! Customer Service is so important!

This pizza hut was one of the best I’ve been too. We ordered a box with bread sticks, pizza, and other things. They didn’t take long & everything was fresh. Also, on my way out my sauce fell & I went back to get another one. they gave it to me with no problem & even gave me some extra :)
My order was takeout but the place looked clean & not that crowded. The pizza was so good & cheesy. Def. gonna order in when I’m back in middletown.

I stopped in this Pizza Hut location last night. I placed my order on their mobile website which was a pleasure to navigate. The location was closing at 10pm… and i placed my order at 9:45pm. I was very pleased that this hut actually honors their store hours.
I ordered the 11 dollar any pizza with the pretzel flavor crust and balsamic drizzle. The pizza was perfectly cooked and the new menu offerings were delicious. I also ordered the spicy asian boneless wings… which were very good, but lacked a little sauce. No biggie… I was dipping in Blue Cheese anyway.
All in all it was a great experience and I will be back.

I used to come here lots about 10 years ago. Service was amazing, always fast and efficient. Wish my favorite server never left bc now staff moves at a snails pace like they are doing you a favor. Geez
Also I wish they would bring back the salad bar!

What a joke. Manager wouldn’t let me change my dessert order even Though it was 25 minutes before it actually came out. And you wonder why this brand is in some much trouble. Poor leadership. Good luck, Pizza Hut. It shouldn’t be long now…

What can I say? Pizza Hut rocks! I used to like Dominos… then went to Papa John’s, but staying with PH! Your hot wings rock! ANd the dinner boxes — priced right and delicious.
