Solid cheesesteaks! Always a must when I’m home visiting family. :)

The food is absolutely wonderful. Our server Maria was excellent and very friendly. We saw the ad for this restaurant while we were at Westown Theater and couldn’t wait to try it. We will definitely be back and next time we’re bringing our friends. So glad we stopped in here. We had the Tuscan roasted veggie sesame baguette and the flavors are fantastic! Crispy baguette and sweet balsamic finish are just superb.

Decent menu variety, food’s good enough and prices are reasonable. Two thing:(1) wine prices are listed in the menu, but beer and soft drink/etc prices are not, which I found odd;(2) paid $ 14.99 for the«New Orleans shrimp and sausage(over penne pasta)» dinner. For the price too much pasta and not enough shrimp(3) and sausage ‘clumps’(3) … won’t buy this again.

Well. We tried to give them another shot and I must say I was not disappointed. They outdid themselves this time. Food was ordered at 6:15PM. Food arrived at 8:10PM. It took 50 minutes just for the driver to deliver the food. Of course the food was cold. Why should I continue to give them my business? Nah !

Me and my girlfriend stop by every now and then on our lunch breaks we enjoy the food, pizza is well made and service is good! They have to have one of the best hot wings in town!

Service is terrible. I called in to order a pizza for delivery. I asked a few questions about their pizza specials and my options and all I got was attitude back from the woman who was taking my order. She put me on hold in mid sentence so I hung up. She called back with a nicer attitude to verify if I still wanted the two large pies I ordered. Uh No! I hope their managers read Unilocal so they can see how poorly their staff performs. I will spend my money elsewhere.

I really like their cheese pizza. The actual cheese tastes delicious and the sauce is light and a little sweet. I can’t stand thick pizza sauces that resemble marinara. They deliver, and don’t forget to use the coupons attached to their menus for extra savings!

Dependable pizza/sub option in Middletown. Square pizza is our favorite. The only thing that isn’t passable here is the pasta. Sauce is terrible. Recently remodeled so now it features a very nice but usually empty dining room. Be sure to lock your car! Less than great neighborhood.

Tried Pat’s Pizza for the first time this week in Middletown and was very underwhelmed. The crust tasted straight outta a big box warehouse(think Cosco or Sam’s Club) and the sauce is extremely sweet and canned. Probably comfort food for some but for me definitely disappointing. Pro: The prices with coupons are very cheap. $ 8 for a large pizza is a great deal.

I cannot tell you how many times I used to go to this restaurant! Years ago, when it was mostly a takeout pizza place with some tables, I thought it was terrible. Didn’t like the pizza and never had very good service either. And then maybe 2 – 3 years ago, the owner must have put a ton of money in the place and it really looks brand new. The dining room is super spacious with lots of comfy booths, and I know it sounds weird to talk about this before talking about the food, but I actually really like the décor and color scheme going on. Okay, so food. Still haven’t had their pizza since I tried it originally and didn’t like it, so who knows. Every time I’ve been in the past. five years, I’ve gotten sandwiches or pasta dishes and really liked everything. Their wraps are my favorite, built to order huge sandwiches with a side of always crispy french fries. I’ve also had several pasta dishes and entrees, but the penne vodka is the one I remember most as being really delicious. The sauces all taste homemade, and the kitchen has always been really accommodating as to switching up some ingredients. Service is also very friendly and satisfactory. Pat’s is also part of a chain, with several other locations in New Castle County, and a few in Southeastern PA. Just a little factoid.
