Mot Self Serve & Automatic Car Wash

i’m a fair and honest to a fault kind of man. i guarantee my work and material if i supply the material. this so happens to be an automated car wash on east main street in middletown de. 19 709. directly across from m. o. t. post office. i had a problem with foaming brush. everyone knows automated equipment doe’s break down but if well maintained there shouldn’t be any problem’s? foaming brush didn’t foam nor did it even have enough soap to wash a tic let alone a car. i called the number posted and it goes directly to a voice mail that is standard with you have reached. then beep. i waited for 2+ hour’s for at the very least an acknowledgement. left several polite messages, over 2 hour’s and said i would wait. apparently these people figure most people will say screw it and just eat it. but if i was to eat $ 5.50 on every service i used every day then i would be broke. it’s a leased vehicle. i was trying to get her cleaned up to return. i know there are better companies out there but now it’s going to have to wait. i would never do business with this car wash again. i would advise anyone else the same a not to use this business. this isn’t revenge it’s just stating that this company doesn’t give a rats azz if their local clientele. are happy customer’s i gave them all benefits of doubt. but no one has even returned my call. the $ 5.50 didn’t break me but as far as my time it’s put a dent in all i have to do before i return this car the way it was. east main street middletown delaware“s automated self serve car wash isn’t the company i would do business with… terrible business ethic as i’ve been in customer service business since i was 18 year’s old. this guy/​girl needs to understand that you can have a thousand satisfied customer’s and one legitimate unsatisfied customer can wipe out the 5 star ratings in a matter of days. not even a phone call with a short aplogy will fix this at this point as they have been given ample time to rectify this service failure. thank you for your time everyone… g. e. wierzbicki

Terrible car wash. Equipment is not maintained — I’ve been ripped off several times by machines that don’t work — never again. Trashy parking lot. DO NOT GO HERE.
