Meander Thrift

Wow, I used to work at Meander about 6 years ago, but now it’s under new management. This is a big building, with so much potential…
Crappy knicknacks and old lady clothes-​and not in a good way. I like vintage clothes, but most of this stuff is stained XXL polyester pants.
I DID manage to find an ok jacket, (faux leather, from Forever21).
When I went up to pay I was shocked– $ 29.99!!! (i thought it was 2.99).
I said something to who I’m assuming is the owner, (because he was also running a «computer repair» service from a different side of the counter where he was literally swindling an old man out of money, or didn’t know what he was talking about. he blamed the computer’s failure to turn on to the fact that the old man had a Facebook…) Wow
…anyway, this man, who was covered with tattoos– and I mean all over his face, proceeds to argue that the jacket is on ebay for 29 $.. I finished the conversation by saying that Forever21 didn’t even charge that much for a new item.
In short, this place blows.
