Dont bother going anywhere else for help with computer services– these guys are the best– I had a computer die and was freaking out as it was my home office– everything was on it-and i had tons of work to do– It was so old they couldnt even get parts for it! George was great to work with– pointed me in the right direction, didnt try to oversell me and the best part was they transferred all my data and i picked it up before 3 pm the same day! amazing service– wont ever go anywhere else!

Great service. Brought in my 5 year old MacBook that was too slow to even open a doc. Paid $ 65 deposit which gets put toward any services rendered. Sat with me and helped transfer seldom used files to an external hard drive and upgraded ram for $ 140 total. Replaced my cracked track pad for free! Beat the wait and service at the Apple Store.

I’ve been using Flint Audio Video for nearly 10 years for both my personal and business use. Dan and his team have always been very responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable. They truly feel like an extension of our company. Flint has installed all of my TVs, Sonos system, and security cameras. I wouldn’t use anyone else!

Amazing service. I found out about the iPhone battery recall through Facebook and contacted Flint about providing service. They put me on the waiting list(as they were waiting for another shipment from Apple) in the morning and by the afternoon, Matt called me to let me know they had a battery set aside for my phone. I arrived the next morning and they changed the battery in less than an hour. Prompt, courteous service. I’ve bought several Apple items from the South County location and the techs there are also very knowledgeable. I would recommend highly to anyone. Much better than fighting the crowds at the Apple store too.

All I can say is wow, amazing customer service. My Macbook died at Block Island. I dropped it off at Flint for a warranty repair when I reached Newport. I continued sailing to Warwick and one of the Flint guys who lives in Warwick dropped it off at the marina for me. Every step of the way they called and provided status updates so I was never in the dark. I haven’t seen this level of service in ages! Bravo!

Aaron and his team at Flint Audio installed my SONOS system, which we absolutely love. Because we live in an old house there were some glitches that needed to be worked out. With patience and great problem solving skills first Matt, then Ben were able to come up with solutions that work perfectly. I recommend Flint Audio wholeheartedly.

Outstanding customer service! My husband and I have been sailing in new England for the summer and decided to stop in Newport for the boat show before the long haul back to Annapolis. On Monday morning as we prepared to leave we discovered our chart plotter was acting up. Not wanting to head offshore with it misbehaving, we decided to get an iPad to use as backup. This requires the iPad 4 with cellular in order to have the built in GPS to interact with the charts app. Took a cab to Walmart but that was a bust, however, the salesman put me onto Flint Electronics. I called them and talked to Dan, who, after checking inventory told me they didn’t have the one I needed but their Wakefield store did. I explained that I was car-less and was about to ask if he knew of any other place in Newport area where I might find the iPad, and without missing a beat, he offered to have one delivered to our boat. He also helped with a 12v charger, needed for extended hours in the cockpit, and a waterproof case. Does customer service get any better? I thought this kind of help to strangers only occurred back in my grandma’s day. As it happened, the iPad arrived at our boat, delivered to my husband, with receipt in the email inbox, BEFORE I arrived back in the cab from Walmart. Thank you Dan for making it possible for us to get back to Annapolis and not have to wait for the chartplotter to be repaired!

My wife and I recently purchased ANOTHER large flat screen TV and surround sound system from Flint. I am a big fan of perfection and am thrilled when I receive it. I made a couple of mistakes along the way regarding installation and times. Flint was right there to meet our needs and go above and beyond. Whether it’s a new iPod, iPad or simply new headphones we are always steered in the right direction. There are few comfort zones in the service industry and don’t mind stating that Flint has met our comfort zone !

Knowledgeable staff. Fast, friendly service. Much better than the chain stores. Set up and delivered the TV on the same day, actually 30 minutes after purchase. Highly recommend.
