Dunkin’ Donuts

I have went to this Dunkin Donuts on many occasions. Thinking that I went on a bad day. Trying to give this location a chance I went everyday for a week. Everyday my coffee has been bitter, too strong, too sweet, or watery. I asked for the Texas Toast Grilled Cheese. 1 day it was hard and burned. The 2^nd time it was not toasted not cooked. So, the 3^rd day I opted for a onion bagel with the vegetable cream cheese. Well… they messed that up… I got a toasted but cold onion bagel with a block of PLAIN cream cheese. 4^th day I order the exact same thing… received a onion bagel that was tough/​hard and a block of PLAIN cream cheese. So today, day #5 I go order the exact same thing… They don’t have onion bagels… so, I order a plain with vegetable cream cheese. Unilocal…it was cold, toasted and PLAIN cream cheese. And I repeated my order at the window. I won’t go back to this location again. But I will take the drive to another one. I’m disappointed for I’ve gone to Dunkin Donuts everyday since 1997.

Coffee doesn’t taste right here. I love Dunkin but this one isn’t that good. I’ll probably still be dumb enough to come here for convenience.
