American Overhead Doors

American Overhead Doors has serviced and repaired our garage doors several times over the past 10 years. They’ve always been prompt, professional and did great work.

I ordered a Garage door remote control Genie GT 912 from
, they charged me $ 74.99. Per doc~the vendor is AOD retail division, the parent company is American forehead door Co, same address as AOD in google map, then 4 days letter I received a wrong item Genie GT 3 by mail, the item is used, no any documentation，no any instruction and not working with my garage door，the item in sears store price @$ 28.94 only，I had tried to return and get refund from sears.com，it rejected my request and stated it is not refundable unless I return the item to the AOD retial devision directly, II had tried to call the them several time, the vendor AOD retail division (address –1885 south main Middletown CT 6 457) does not answer phone ，the toll free # is 1 800 123 567, fake#? very frustrated ，hours was wasted the issue still not resolve. Now I still wating for them to email me the return slip, I need to have the return slip to mail back the item to get refun, after 3 days, I got no answer from them, be careful when you make order on line.

I was very happy with the service that I received from American Overhead Door. I will definitely recommend to all my friends !
