I called for battery service at 1:00 on a Monday. It was Presidents Day. They gave me a ETA all the way up until 5:15. Really? That’s the best they could do? I called back at 4. Same ETA. At 6:15 I called again. Same thing. Duh! It’s past that time by an hour. Put on hold for 20 minutes waiting for a dispatcher. Finally was told no ETA could be given. Why didn’t they tell me that at 4? This area really needs more people on the road. I will think seriously about renewing AAA next year

Even in the same town some how at anytime of day. It’s kinda of crazy even if it’s to jump a car like really. I don’t know if you guys are understaffed but really should work on your eta times.
Pros they get what you need done just not when you need it. So expect a long wait.
