Omega Pizza

I had been ordering here for months now. Everything was great except the wait times are getting longer. I’ve also always ordered chicken kabob salads, which always comes with feta. Tonight they delivered a garden salad. Legit lettuce tomato, cucumber. The manager argued with me when I called and stated I had to ask for this toppings. He was adamant this is their Kabob salad. Never ordering again.

Really sad and disappointed. We have given business to Omega since we discovered them a couple years ago (We, embarrassingly enough, gave them a lot of business too). We are always gracious and tip the driver generously. We do not mind waiting a while for our food if it is busy, however, tonight we were told «35 – 40 minutes» for a large pizza and small onion ring. They finally arrived over an hour+ later. Again we don’t mind waiting for food that would be of edible quality, unlike the ice cold dinner we received tonight. I called back and was told by the woman that answered that she knew it was cold because they got busy and it sat in the warmer for a long time (honest at least) the extremely RUDE man I spoke to after, (assuming he is the manager or owner) said he will take half off our next pizza and he fought with me over the estimated time «we never say 35 – 40 minutes we always say 35−45». Really? I said no thanks I don’t want half off, I’d like you to credit this one or take money off of this order. He eventually said «fine, but I’m coming to take my pizza back!!!» This went on for a bit until I had enough and realized it wasn’t worth bickering. I hope this $ 15 bux is worth our weekly (if not more) visits and orders, because we will never return or order from them again. Customer service is number 1 in my book, it clearly is at the bottom of the list for them. Sadly, they will eventually show their cheap, rude, true colors to all of their customers (loyal or not) and will have to close when they all stop going. Good luck Omega, hope it was worth it! Great & friendly service! Awesome GLUTEN FREE menu items. It’s hard to find gluten free options, we are so glad to discover Omega’s. Today we ordered The Gluten free pizza, marinated chicken kabob salad, and an order of fries. Everything tasted great! and was gluten free.

I’ve ordered take out here several times and sometimes it can be a hit or a miss. Overall, staff is friendly and their seating is very spacious. Enjoy some sports on the big screen and enjoy your meal.
I ordered a roast beef three way and it came with steak fries and coleslaw. The coleslaw was definitely on the sour side, not in my favor. The steak fries are what you would expect if you were to cook then at home. Last of all the roast beef was mediocre. Next time request the bun to be toasted it will make a huge difference.
I will definitely drop by again next time and try something else.

Signs say «homemade» and «fresh never frozen.» Seemed promising. Ordered an eggplant sub extra sauce. Stingy portion of eggplant was obviously frozen. Even worse, it was rubbery, heavily breaded, and not chewable, nevermind edible. Was bone dry with very little sauce as well. When I went to ask for my money back, the owner sarcastically asked me whether I expected him the harvest fresh eggplant from his garden. He then proceeded to argue and interrupt me as I repeatedly asked for my money back. I don’t know what’s worse, the owner’s attitude, his false advertising, or his food. Price was unreasonably high and lack of air conditioning would have made eating there unbearable anyway.

Just ordered for the whole office 25 people. The order was exactly as it was supposed to be. Perfectly cooked calzone, salads and subs. Delivered on time these guys even remembered the plates, napkins and utensils. Its refreshing to see a restaurant deliver on time with high quality. Excellent job guys we will be ordering again soon for certain! Thanks Andy

I’m a fan.
They have SHRIMP pizza, which is not easy to find at most pizza places. Their other entrees are good as well: steak tip wrap, seafood platter.
Can’t comment on dining inside the restaurant because I just pickup during my lunch break but I try to come here often.

Omega Pizza is so good! We’ve only had a few items on the menu, but everything had been amazing! We now order from here very often. The price is good, and they deliver! The delivery boys not to bad either. ;)

Had a couple of slices the other day, they were horrible. Maybe their subs are better, but I’ll never know because I won’t return.

We ordered take out/​delivery from here just sub, rb, coke and chips.
If prices are changed or addtl they sould notify the customer. Also, charges a credit cards transaction fee; which wasnt aware of.
Bit pricey but the food is good and the delivery man was nice.

The place is small, located in a massive shopping plaza so the parking is ample. We have gone here on several occasions including to watch the fireworks on the 4^th of July with the fam. We sat on the grass on the outskirts and watched from there. That time like every other we were offered tons of plates and cups because we had told them our plans. We weren’t the only ones at the plaza for that purpose either.
Their pizza is awesome, I also highly recommend their subs and huge fries. They often have combo deals and lunchtime specials. It’s not my normal pizza and sub place because of where it is in relation to my house but they deliver and offer a ton of great choices.

AVOID.
I went here not long ago with my boyfriend while we were shopping in the local plaza it is located. We walked in, and ordered. The staff was friendly enough. the only good point of this place.
We got our food, and sat by the window. When we sat down, the chair wobbled and the tabletop was sticky. There was also a disturbing amount of flies near the window, swarming around the restaurant. It was so dirty that I literally couldn’t eat my food. It made me wonder if it was like that in the ‘dining’ section… what could the kitchen be like?! The pizza was below average as well. My boyfriend used the word «grotesque» to describe the food/​restaurant in general.
We ended up throwing our meals away and going to another restaurant for lunch. what a waste of money.
