So sad to read these bad reviews, this is the only place I will go! Sometimes you will have to wait extra minutes for a great hair cut! Specially when your hairdresser is great! I’m sure if you go to the Doctors their not always on time with the appointments!

This place is hit or miss. Half of the time they can’t even stick to the time reported by the app. The whole point of checking in with the Supercuts app is knowing when you’ll get your hair cut. I went today after picking a time an hour later. When I showed up, I was told 15 – 20 minutes wait. The only benefit for to keep coming here is that it’s very close to my house.

I wish I could do zero stars. This place sucks! Once time I went I didn’t have feelings about it. The second time was clear it’s horrible. I waited 30mins for the two employees argued in the back about god knows what. Then when I got my hair cut the barber was paying attention to the phone more than my hair. Which is why my hair was messed up and she gave me a free cut. I’d rather pay for a good cut than a free shitty cut.

Just to update, I went there today to see if it got any better. If possible, it’s worse! The girl cutting some guy’s hair told me it would be a 5 – 10 minute wait. She would cut one little snip, flirt with him, cut another strand, flirt some more. Finally after 30 minutes of my «5−10 minute wait», I left.
