Salon Odette

Current 2016 review: Poor service. Bad cut. High prices. Constantly changing to lower quality stylists with less skill.
Piecemeal work to squeeze out extra appointments. Charged me $ 52 for trimming bangs. Tried to justify the charge by saying that they had to shampoo my hair first because ‘only their special shampoo worked with their scissors’!! I could have (and have) trimmed my own bangs.
For a Cut and Color appointment the cut was uneven and they did not do highlights and glaze! Which they usually do when I get my color done. They charge was still high. Instead of making an extra appointment with Salon Odette for the highlights and glaze, after years of iffy service, I finally found a new salon. Now my hair is gorgeous again for a much lower price!

From the initial call to make the appointment until I walked out the door, the experience was amazing! This is a top notch, professional salon! You are made to feel special from the time you walk thru the door! Marisa did an amazing job cutting my hair, and recommending products to help me with my «hair issues»! I have been searching for a professional salon, with stylists who keep up with the latest trends, listen to you, make suggestions, treat you with respect and when you walk out the salon door you feel beautiful! – I found that place-​finally– and its name is Salon Odette!

The décor is glamorous and modern (think Forever 21) and the staff is exceptionally friendly (and professional). I was a little put off at first by the glitzy feel of the place but not to worry — everyone is so nice that it didn’t matter.
I saw Kristin and she was very attentive and listened to everything I said, and even incorporated elements of my life that we chatted about (all my dogs and the outdoor sports we do, for example) into my haircut by making sure I could always pull it back in a ponytail even though I didn’t explicitly tell her that (but boy am I grateful!).
After the appointment, Odette sent me an email requesting feedback, and after I replied, she answered right away and included a $ 10 off coupon for my next visit.

So… Salon Odette was recommended to me by a good friend after I asked for recommendations to a good place for ombré. I booked an appointment with a stylist (who shall remain nameless) and unfortunately I was not happy with the color at all. I went back in for her to fix it and left worse than when I came in. I emailed Odette directly saying I wanted a refund. She offered to fix it for me personally and refund my money for my trouble. Odette is super sweet and you can tell she knows her stuff and keeps up on the latest trends. She fixed my hair and I absolutely love it! I will be returning but just to see her! Cute salon, super nice staff, and Odette truly wants her clients to be happy. That means something to me!

I love this salon! I travel 25 minutes to get my hair colored and cut. I see Odette and sometimes Sarah. Odette always listens to what I want and is so creative. She always has new ideas. Cause I do love to keep it fresh! Right now I’m rockin a short in back long in front style with cool textured layers. I get compliments everyday. Even when I don’t style it! My color is always shiny and it lasts. I’m really happy here and would not go any where else became I really love love love my hair! ;)
