This place is hard to find and is currently located in a mostly abandoned factory building. In spite of the odd setting(which may change as they’re thinking of moving) it’s worth a call to see if you can stop in. Carleton and his wife(Maura?) are super friendly and helpful. It’s interesting to see how they make their triple cream and cream cheeses. The triple cream cheese is so ridiculously delicious. So so so good. Please eat it, wherever you can find it(they distribute their small batches to Boston, NYC, and Portland ME.) Yum.
