First let me say that I have tanned at a couple different places over the years. I stopped due to money and wanting to take better care of my skin. Now I just tan every couple years before I go on vacation. This one has its good and bad qualities. I bought a tanning package here because I’m going on vacation and I wanted to get a little tan. I picked this place because it got good reviews and my friend shared on Facebook about how if you signed up it was a $ 5 start up. I don’t know what I misunderstood or what I did wrong, but that was not what I got. I went there and was told it was $ 73 for two months of just basic 20 minute tanning. I wasn’t offered any deal or any thing. Not what I was expecting, but that’s my fault for not speaking up. At my old salon that I went to for years I paid $ 90 every three months to be a vip gold member with access to any bed. But I let it go and that was it. Now for the good and bad of my experience. The good: The girls that work there are usually very nice. They always say hi and bye and they helped to explain the beds. I’m very light skinned and when I start out tanning I start out slow by only going like 5 minutes for a while and I didn’t get any weird looks or any thing like that like I usually do. The beds and rooms were always clean. The salon is pretty nice the way it is set up and stuff. The bad: It’s kind of dark and I wish they had mirrors in the individual rooms instead of just in the hallways. Sometimes I would start the bed and it would take a while for all the bulbs to turn on or there were some bulbs that wouldn’t turn on at all. I think for as much as I paid I should get a bed where all the bulbs turn on. One of the beds had a big crack in the bed which seems kind of unsafe. Some of the beds had very dull bulbs. They didn’t get bright or give off any heat. Again for what I paid there should be a little better quality. The beds are uncomfortable to get in an out of. The top doesn’t go very far up and if you have a bad back like me it’s going to be hard to get in and out of. I have lower back problems and there were a few times that I didn’t think I was going to be able to get out of the bed because of how painful it was on my back to try and maneuver out of the bed. I’ve never had that problem before. Overall it’s not the worst tanning salon I’ve been to and it’s not the best. For as much as I paid I was expecting much better quality in the beds. I wouldn’t tell anyone not to come here, but I just don’t know if I would come here again if I ever tan any more.

TanQuest in Middleburg is the best tanning salon I’ve ever been to. All of the girls are great! It is a bit expensive but the cleanliness, bed selections, music, and friendliness makes it all worth it.(Some beds have options such as shoulder tanners, face tanner levels and misting) They have specials and coupons and new deals all the time. I froze my account for a couple months for only $ 8 month, so the rest of my contract will be waiting when Spring is here. Id recommend TanQuest over any other tanning salon, hands down.

The place is brand new! For the overly pale people of Cleveland this is a good thing. They have a brunch of little pod sized rooms with for different“levels“of beds. Everything from 20 minutes to ten minute super beds with more buttons than on your car. Fortunately, you get a guided tour and down beds before they take your money. I mean you decide what package you would like to purchase. Again everything is new. So even the 20 minute beds are really nice. If you go cheap, level one a month costs you $ 44.95. But use your local gold clippers or .com and you score $ 10 off a package over $ 40 and a week for free if your new. Hey, just ask for new person deal. They seemed very quick to cut a deal with both to sell package today. Again they are new, so that makes deals easier. If you buy 2 months you get half of second month. If you’re one of those people who want to hold your time for later, you are joining the tanning club for at least 3 months.
