Great local hardware and paint store in Middle Village. They often have a selection of plants as well in the back, and for major holidays. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

One of the best neighborhood stores. Friendly and courteous. They always help you find exactly what you are looking for. Unlike Home Depot there actually is customer service. They carry a wide selection of paint colors. During the Christmas season Harrys carries a wide variety of Christmas trees at a reasonable price. The best part is they actually help you secure it to the top of your vehicle .
It’s the go to place in middle village for your big or small home improvement needs.

Harry’s is a great hardware store and paint shop. The workers are knowledgeable and you can find pretty much everything you need to fix small projects.
Konstantine is also a great handy man for projects that you may not want to do yourself.

so the thing-​a-​ma-​jig in the whatzit broke.
i can go to home depot, spend 5 minutes walking through the parking lot, 20 minutes trying to find assorted thingamajigs, kind of like looking for an earring dropped in carlsbad caverns, 15 minutes on line and another 5 minutes leaving, totalling 45 minutes.
or i can take the broken thingamajig to harry’s, stand in the front of the store and hold it up and say «i need one of these please» and behold, it appears in a minute.
in addition to sundry thingamajigs, harry’s also carries flowers and vegetable plants in the back yard, and good paint at competitive prices.

Local mom & pop hardware & paint store. If you don’t want to spend hours in Home Depot looking for an extension cord — paint brush — Christmas lights etc., then Harry’s is the place to go. If you can’t find what your looking for, ask Harry, he is more than happy to steer you in the right direction.
