Was excited to see it be built, But by far this is one of the worst ones. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON A DONUT. No matter what time of day yoy go they are always DRY AND HARD. They don’t even carry powdered donuts. If all you need is a coffee OK, But that’s all I would recommend getting from here. Unless you want to buy a quart of the Baskin Robins Ice cream.

This Dunkin is alright. It’s small in there but most people come and go.
The real problem is that whenever me and my friends go, they always get our orders wrong!!! Once my friend asked for an iced caramel latte and she got an iced tea with milk in it… Yuck!!!

Glad to have a Dunkin Donuts close by! Great service but store is on the small side and has limited seating (if you plan to sit down and eat/​drink in there).

Worst Dunkin I have ever been too. I only come here on the weekends because it is close to my boyfriends house. How hard is it to read an order on the screen? My orders are NEVER right! When you ask them to fix it, they give you an attitude. I even complained on the survey multiple times about this location. The staff is so rude & look at you like you are not speaking English! They never say hello, can I help you, have a nice day, I’m sorry, you’re welcome etc. Some serious retraining needs to be done.

I’ve been here a bunch of times and had to walk out every time because they are just too slow. They would have a lot more business if they could serve a person before their bus shows up.
So I drove to work today and waited and waited and waited… and the coffee was horrible!
Needless to say I’ll go somewhere else.

I like frequenting this Dunkin Donuts rather than the one on Grand Avenue. It’s easier to find parking. Usually, the service is pretty quick. However, today, the cashier took an order from the customer in front of me and then disappeared. The customers in front of me ended up leaving because they didn’t want to wait. I stayed because I needed a caffeine pick me up and I was already there. Overall, I would come back because I like how the staff makes my beverages. However, I might have second thoughts if the service continues to be slow.

Service is just ok. However, Never are the words «good morning or afternoon» used by surprisingly the manager «Mohamed“who is usually behind the register. No «thank you, have a nice day etc. Only a blank stare even when the store is
Empty.looks like he hates the job.. And how many times are they gonna put Hazelnut in the damn coffee when you ask for regular ! I do remember a manager by the name of Glenn who unfortunately is not at that location anymore. He is what Professional looks and sounds like.
