Bonnie, I’m happy you had a great experience with Ken d. But unfortunately my job was not so successful, my advise to anyone looking to hire Ken d home improvement inc, should do their homework, my job actually came out terrible, and I need to pursue Mr Donnelly in court.

Kenny went wayyy above & beyond what I expected from the day I requested the proposal right through the end of the job. It was tough to find a licensed and insured contractor to even call me back yet, Kenny came the same day I called him and had my proposal ready that evening! As with any total renovation, there were surprises. Kenny came up with cost effective solutions, took extra trips to Home Depot & Lowes, and even helped me return any excess materials to reduce my total cost. The work was completed timely, professionally, and better than expected. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a contractor in Eastern Suffolk. (GC-​bathroom, kitchen, closets, carpentry, His team does it all.)
