I was very reluctant to get my engagement ring sized in general, but after 6 months of being engaged and wearing a ring almost a full size too big, I decided I needed it done! I considered places like Zales or Kay Jeweler, but didn’t like the thought of them sending my custom ring to one of their off site jewelers. I went into Creative hands and spoke with the owner who was very confident he could do my ring the justice it deserved and eased my mind of the many concerns I had with handing my diamond over. He was professional and most of all extremely fast! He had my ring resized 24 hours later, it was truly unbelievable. Not only was it fast, my ring looked exactly as it had before. After seeing his perfect work, I asked him if he would be willing to make custom wedding bands for my fiancé and I. So happy with his work and would highly recommend him for anyone who wants a trusted, local jeweler handling their valuable jewelry.

If the shop keeper wasn’t suck a prick! I wouldn’t shop here if they were giving away jewelry! I didn’t have both feet on the pavement & he was out his back door yelling at me about how parking wasn’t allowed unless I paid him $ 2 (mind you I’m 7+ months pregnant)… I gave him a $ 5 to shut him up, got back in my car & got out of there!!! Obviously he needed it more than me! Rude! Jerk!
