I had very good experiences the first couple times. They were fast and on it. After those it went downhill. They had 2 referrals which were never sent out and I had to pressure them to send them again. They changed my appointment date and neglected to let me know. And the last visit I waited an hour with 3 people going ahead of me. The office manager is not very friendly and doesn’t hold his staff accountable. Ashcraft is a great physician but his office staffs lack of integrity, honesty, and care makes it a horrible practice.
