This Venezuelan food truck hidden between some walls and buildings in Wynwood on North Miami Avenue is just okay — the hamburger size is pretty large, but I don’t think it’s even close to being the best burger in town. I actually prefer the chicken over their ground beef. The buns are nothing special. The filling taste like something is missing, compared to the now-defunct Doggi-Style(gosh, the memories) and La Moon. The empanadas though, are good — and may at times be greasy, but you can easily dab that off. The arepas are also good. Never tried the cachapas or the tequeños here. I still wouldn’t mind coming back for quick bites, since getting to La Moon can be a pain, and I do prefer the empanadas and arepas here over La Latina nearby. Besides that, there’s no other option for quick-serve Venezuelan.

Not good at all, we tried the burger, empanadas and the hot dog and it was disgusting too much ketchup, mustard. Not worth it!

Loved the Cachapa! Nicely done with he perfect amount of cheese and Nata. Super great guys and good service! This is a very cool truck to eat at, and the spot is really nice, specially on a springtime night! Took our baby with us and had a very good time! Keep it up!

I had been driving past this truck several times a week for over a year. Finally I stopped by and realized I should have done it sooner. The tequeños were very authentic in flavor and consistency(not too bready). Arepas of Reina Pepia and Pernil a la Parilla were both very good. The Pernil was the best. I could have eating just the pork and would have been happy

I had the arepa with shredded beef and gouda and it was so tasty. It was my first arepa and I’m already craving another

Absolutely delicious empenadas and arepas with fillings gallore. got a sample of each and def would say at $ 3 an empenada to grab a few different ones and your stuffed for under $ 10. Sauces were delish especially liked the sweet pineapple with the more spicy empenada my friend got and the garlic sauce tasted just like the one from pollo tropical but i love that so’kay… Passion fruit juice yum yum! ! Everything is delicious! A few favorites are the tequeños, cachapas con carne mechada and cheese and the chicken sandwich which comes packed full of yummy stuff. Definitely recommend this food truck, it’s good quality homestyle Venezuelan food.

Great place for a quick bite. Prices are just ok. Not too expensive and not too cheap either. Today I had the pork cachapas with cheese and they were delightful. Big portion. The parilla platter is a little small but is delicious. Give it a try. Food is fresh and the owners are super friendly.

This is a permanently parked food truck right across from midtown’s target sport authority empire. We had the parchita passion fruit drink and the cheese empanada. Do you remember having fresh loaf of bread vs a baguette? or fresh peas from a garden vs the frozen? That’s how this empanada was, a revelation. So fresh, so toasty and so fryalicious. Handmade on the spot empanada filled with fresh white farmers cheese. I guess I’ve only had the heat lamp type of empanada so this was an amazing experience for me. As the song goes, a whole new world(of empanadas.)

Since they first opened about six months ago I have become the biggest fan. They are two blocks from our office and it has become IMPOSSIBLE for me not to stop by everymorning and have their amazing EMPANADAS for breakfast. They taste like Margarita Island empanadas(venezuelan folks, you know what I’m talking about!!!) which is to say they taste like home for us venezuelan folks. Their arepas are grilled and delicous. They use high quality ingredients and they pay attention to detail while also being quick and diligent when putting the food together.
