We ordered a 2 item combo, and since we don’t drink soda, i asked for a cup of water. I expected him to get a cup of water from the soda machine but the owner instead got a cup, turned around, opened the faucet, filled our cup and handed it to us. If i wanted faucet water, i’d have gone to the restroom and got it myself. people who don’t take care of customers shouldn’t be in business. DONOTEATHERE.

Don’t do it! My boyfriend and I are pretty sure that the orange«chicken» they had was not in fact chicken. Why, you ask? Well lets just say I’ve never seen chicken in the shape of cubes before. CUBEDCHICKEN! and the veggies, noodles, and ew their pepper steak… very funky. Much better options in the foodcourt. Next time I’ll get my Chinese food fix elsewhere.

Yeung’s Lotus Express is typical mall food court Chinese food. This one just happens to be inside busy Dolphin Mall. Yeung’s is managed by International Restaurant Management Group, which also manages several other eateries inside the very same food court. If you’re looking for value eating, you can certainly find it here. Examples: One Entrée Plate — $ 6.77 Two Entrée Plate — $ 7.47 (Add additional entrees for $ 1.87 each) Chicken Bowl — $ 6.77 Egg Roll or Soup Appetizer — $ 1.40 The plates come with noodles or rice. I stopped by for a snack last week and picked up a One Entrée Plate with noodles, lemongrass chicken, and steamed vegetables(cabbage and broccoli). I’m almost tempted to give this place only 2 stars because I felt like they skimped on some of the ingredients and are overcharging. For example, the noodles were completely plain. They didn’t come with anything. They were just ordinary brown noodles. Second, the steamed vegetables only consisted of cabbage and broccoli. There weren’t any carrots, baby corn, snow peas, etc. which are typical of Chinese fast food joints. So one plate of this food is almost $ 7 plus tax. Hmm… The orange chicken samples were good. Also, service was fast and efficient. Overall, I give Yeung’s Lotus Express 2.5 stars rounded up to 3.

Tania R. and I love the orange chicken from here. We usually acompany it with noodles and an egg roll. Quick Trick: If you ask for it «to go» you get more food. It is located in the mall’s food court. Remember to make your rounds and take advantage of the free samples. I’m a fan!
