Worst customer service ever! The cashier Steven, needs a refresher course in customer service and manners, as does the female cashier working with him yesterday. Perhaps they were mimes in another life. Steven never greeted me, placed my cash back currency on the counter, and left the receipt in the machine. I know he’s capable of speaking, because he amazingly greeted the couple behind me and proceeded to ring up their items. I immediately sent an email to Winn Dixie corporate office. Oddly enough I received a call from my home location store director [located far north of this store] and not from the one I referenced in the email. What poor reflections of Winn Dixie Stores’ goal of proving excellent products and customer service!

I stopped by Winn-Dixie today to check out their produce. I was very pleased with their produce section; everything seemed fresh and not too ripe. I bought some cold cuts from their deli counter but the flavor wasn’t really great. I still prefer Publix deli meat over Winn-Dixie. I probably won’t be going back to Winn-Dixie any time soon.

Literally THEWORST Winn-Dixie when it comes to Customer Service. All employees at this Supermarket are so short with you, it’s as if they couldn’t be more miserable in their jobs. I attempted to post a Lost Dog flyer at this store today, and the Manager currently on duty(6÷3÷15 at 1:43 pm), didn’t even want to talk to me as he was too busy bagging groceries. THEMANAGER. How unprofessional can you be? Honestly! I took the time to ask him for permission to post my flyers on the windows at the entrance — even after I had already received the«OK» from his female employees at the Customer Service registers. I went out of my way to get HIS approval and he didn’t even let me say anything more than«Hello Sir, my name is.» This is horrendous customer service from Winn-Dixie. I do not believe that I will ever shop at this grocery store ever again.

I find this place to be the super markets of Ross stores. That is if Ross sold groceries it would be just like Winn Dixie. Never go with something in mind like fresh vegetables. Usually rotten or just don’t have what you want. If I shop there it’s for things that are staple foods like crackers, soda, milk etc. Even then check your item chances are it might be bad. The staff is not helpful at all and the manager has no idea what he is doing. Oh and another thing wash your hands as soon as you can. Over all it’s just a nasty place to be.

Why does this Winn Dixie have 2 in a half stars it’s really big, clean and very well organized and has a redbox and a Liquor store. I barely go here but it’s close to my house and sometimes when I’m in the area I go here but I go to Publix mostly. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable a lot of them speak English this time and are really doing a great job love to come back and I want the 2 in a half stars removed

This winndixie is very clean but very unorganized, the sales are never up on time and its very hard to find what you’re looking for. The staff is not customer friendly and do not help at all. I go to the store once a week and decided never to come back after my last couple experiences. I had a specific list of items that were on sale according to the ad coming from this store, when I went to pay the sales did not pop up and I had to argue with the woman manager to get the«buy on get one free» items. She clearly did not want to give me the sales that were on their specific ad until I made a big stink about it. If they did not want to sell me their sale items then the winndixie ads should not be mailed to my house. I highly recommend finding another grocery store if you’re looking for good deals, specific items, or friendly service.

Question: How is a 6⁄7 ft tree the same price as a 7⁄8 ft tree? Manager refused to speak to us in person, but simply said it is a flat price of $ 39.99. I guess, they’re too busy to speak to the consumer.

Store has always been clean, and you get great buy one get one free’s with your Winn-Dixie shopping card! The produce section though sometimes lacks in fresh produce.
