Dry cleaning in Miami comes at a premium price, and Westburry is no different. Just because it may share retail space with a Pollo Tropical and a chicharron store, doesn’t mean it will be a discount cleaner.
My GF paid $ 12.50 to have a dress dry cleaned the other day. There were two coffee stains on the dress, but I figured that it would be taken out through regular cleaning. Apparently not. I grew up in an NYC suburb, so dry cleaners were a dime a dozen. Prices were competitively low and same day service was standard. Some places even delivered! Don’t expect any of that at Westburry.
Yes, they are nice people here. But this is the type of business where customer service is just as important as price and quality. If you’re charging $ 2 to dry clean a dress shirt (which they don’t), then you can get away with crappy service. But a smile and a thank you don’t correlate to a $ 2 markup in my opinion.
Gentlemen, if you do not in invest in non-​iron dress shirts, then at least invest in a clothes steamer. It will pay for itself after 10 uses as opposed to 10 visits to the dry cleaner. You can find retail-​grade steamers at Macy’s for less than $ 50.
Trust the math…

We have been using these dry cleaners for the last 6 years and this place has never made a mistake on any of our items. They are a family owned company and there customer service is great. They are very friendly and always open to any feedback that you may have. I definitely recommend this place.
