I came in here to buy essentials and although its a small Walgreens, it had everything I needed. It appears to be under staffed as I couldn’t find any employees to inquire about a sale item. Nevertheless, the cashier, Hakime, was very kind and took the time to walk over and confirm the sale price, despite having a line of checkout customers waiting in him. It’s cleanliness and inventory of common goods makes it a 4 star for me. Im not sure of their hours, but that is listed on Unilocal.Though I wouldn’t go this store at night since its on the edge of a seedy part of town, if I need supplies during the day I would not hesitate to return.

The worst pharmacy I have ever been to. I felt such discrimination against me. I have been going to the same pain management for the past 7 yrs. I have been going to Walgreens pharmacy in different area due to them running out of my scrips. He was ready to fill my script when all of a sudden he tells me that he doesn’t feel conferrable in filling because my doctor has complaints against him. When I told him where did you read that he couldn’t really say, and his story changed 4 times. REALLY!!! TOTALDISCRIMINATION. I WILLCALLHEADQUARTERS and wait till my doctor hears about this. Walgreens will never get a $ out of me again. I will Pursue this, this is totally wrong!!!

Was here twice during Christmas vacation, they have anything a traveler needs plus some food items. So glad they had a stack of umbrellas the day after Christmas, a gray wet morning. The staff was helpful yet not overly friendly, typical of Downtown Miami where people avoid eye contact. This Walgreens is not open 24 hours. At the Intersection of Flagler Street and Miami Avenue in the heart of Downtown, convenient to all. The free Metromover stops a block away.

For emergency and walk distance simple groceries only… sometimes they have a good deal offers…

This Walgreens, located in the exact center of MIami(at the intersection of Flagler St. and Miami Ave.), is definitely convenient for those of us that work on the west side of Downtown. Nothing too exciting here, just your standard Walgreens — great for picking up an afternoon pick-me-up in the form of a 5-hour energy drink or a bag of gummy bears, for re-stocking your bathroom essentials, and for grabbing prescription refills during the work day. During lunchtime, this place can have lines through the aisles, so unless you absolutely must get that pack of gum, I’d avoid it from 12 to 2 p.m. The staff isn’t the friendliest, but they’ll do their best to get the line from growing too long, which is a bonus.

This Walgreens when we need some of those extras at the office. Whenever we run out of paper towels or cups, we can just head down to Walgreens. Its location is really convenient, and even though it’s smaller, they pack a lot in the store. They added the soda fountain and pastries about a year or so ago which was a great addition, but they are always out of the cups and lids. Which leads me to my biggest complaint. Although there staff has never been rude, and I have had some even go out of their way for me once or twice, for the most part this place is lacking in customer service. The lines are always long, and sometimes they’ll have people stocking things behind a counter when the line is backed up into the aisles. For all that time they spend stocking items, the things I go in for are always missing from the shelves so I have to hunt someone down and wait for them to help me. This store is either seriously understaffed or mismanaged.

Agree with Sal, this is your typical Walgreens that I frequent often. Last night I needed a few items and was very glad to have it so close to home. When we first moved to the area this store closed at 6pm. Now they are I believe 24 hours. Yay, yay, yippee… LOL Of course with the location being downtown it is on the smaller side with less of a selection. The service has been good, no issues. This is my drugstore of choice and very glad they have changed their hours to accommodate us downtowners. Also, as you walk in grab a weekly flyer with all their specials. Walgreens does an excellent job with their promo’s and specials. Good deals.

What happens when you are trying to bake biscuits and you have no pans? You use aluminum foil? What happens when you have no aluminum foil? Go to Walgreens and buy some. That is what I did. I didn’t pay too much attention to much anything else, but I was in and out rather quick. Just your typical Walgeens.
