I’m very upset with Visionworks. I bought my glasses with Anti Reflective Coating and Ultraviolet Treatment.
After a while there was some scratch coating on the glasses I purchased. I went back into the store and the manager confirm it was defected lenses but she couldn’t do anything.
I definitely won’t come back for my new glasses!!!

I wish I could give this place 5 stars but what’s holding me back from doing this is the people that work for Visionworks and not the Dr. Dr. Garcia is amazing. I have been going to him for the past two years solely because of what a great doctor he is. He makes sure that you are informed, understand everything and is the epitome of how doctors should treat their patients. On the other hand, the employee’s at the Visionworks are clueless and the one young girl that works in the front is extremely rude and rolls her eyes at patients. Unfortunately the Dr. has no control over this as I have put in complaints but he doesn’t hire the employee’s Visionworks does.

Beyond amazing customer service!!! I can honestly say that everyone at this location is beyond helpful. I went to get an eye exam and contacts and ended up leaving with a pair of glasses for myself and my dad. I would definitely recommend this location. :)

Great customer service. Dr. Garcia is absolutely determined and dedicated in making sure patients are satisfied. He takes his time and you don’t feel rushed like in other places.

I had a great experience at this visionworks location! Imagine your the unlucky salesperson who had to wander around the wall o’ eyeglasses with me, helping me choose the *perfect* pair of glasses, and watching me switch from frame to frame saying «this one? ok, how about this one?,» etc, etc. Not only did he kindly pick out some frames for me he did it with a smile on his face! I ended up spending more than I intended to, but I think I did find some great glasses and it was all pretty quick and painless (for me, I can’t speak for the salesperson). I also had my eye exam here, walked in and was helped very quickly. I received my glasses the same day and picked up my sunglasses the next day.

Lo regular/​positivo: atencion amigable pero me dio la impresion que excepto una de las muchachas los demas tenian muy poca experiencia tecnica y se les escapaban detalles que son fruto precisamente de esa experiencia.
Lo negativo: tengo el paquete entero astigmastismo, miopia y presbicia. Ordene unas gafas de sol y unas normales las dos bifocales. Despues de tres meses con ellas lo unico que puedo decir es que me siento mejor usando las antiguas que compre en SEARS. No entiendo mucho de la tecnologia para fabricar unos lentes asi que lo dire con mis palabras: no trabajan fino. Como explicarlo. «Noto» que llevo lentes. Cuando cambio la direccion de la mirada, «siento» distorsiones de la imagen que duran decimas de segundo pero estan ahi, eso no me pasa con las gafas viejas.
Conclusion: no volvere a comprar mis lentes en esa compañia.
