This bakery adds a different flare to Westchester. The design is a nice spin on the traditional cuban bakery. They have the best pastelitos de coco, I can’t just eat one. The Cuban coffee is made just the way I like it. I was extremely pleased with my visit to the bakery, I will definitely be returning.

I was very excited to try this place. The actual bakery is state of the art, and the service was really rapid. When I got home to try all the pastries most of them tasted very old which surprised me. The croquettas were cold and hard and the empanada was really dry. I would suggest eating the croissant breakfast sandwich because it was the only thing I liked. I don’t know if I’ll be back, but I would just for the sandwich. Maybe other bakeries nearby have fresher pastries!

Love this bakery. The pastries are amazing and the rum cake is the best. Prices are moderate and the service is great.

Worst Cuban Breakfast at a Cuban Bakery. They want to up charge you on a traditional Cuban breakfast! Then not even prepare it correctly! They threw a slice of cheese on top of the scramble eggs and bacon strips. You’re suppose to chop all that up and mix it with the scrambled eggs. The eggs had zero flavor. The Cuban toast bread must’ve been days old. They took forever to prepare, it’s 5am I am the only person here!! Also, there are no French fries included like every other Cuban Bakery establishment. And the Cuban coffee is slightly bigger than a shot glass. I was looking for a tradition Cuban breakfast at 5am to start my day off right. But this breakfast has destroyed the entire tone of my day. First and last time I go to a Vicky’s Bakery. You don’t nickel and dime every item.

I’m in love with this bakery! A sandwich, cortadito, and 2 desserts for less than $ 10. This is a great add to the neighborhood and the staff is very helpful even though they dont speak english. The place is clean and open 24 hours!!! I’m a customer for life here!

I’ve had some good experiences in the past, however, in my recent visit trying out the papa rellena the meat tasted rancid as if it was cooked in toilet water. I’m not the pickiest eater but I’m sure I’m not the only one that has felt that way. The pastel was dry which often happens with microwaved foods. I would not be coming back. I’ve had better experiences at thejr location in the Gables.

I have enjoyed everything that I’ve eaten here but the reason for my 3 stars is the service. I come here at least 3 times a week on the way to work and time and time again the staff has been underwhelming. The biggest issue being that they work with no sense of urgency to take orders and get customers on their way. It shouldn’t take 10 minutes to get a café con leche and pastry when there’s two people or even 10 people in the restaurant.

This bakery hit the spot! Service was fast and friendly and the selection was endless. Pastries looked fresh and well presented. Cafecito was perfect. Very clean and had a nice seating area in front of the store to relax and enjoy coffee and desert. Will definitely be back again… and again!

I went to try the pan con bistec… very poor flavor. It didn’t taste like anything at all. I ended up taking a few bites and thew the rest away.

I went to grab one pastry and I left with all this. It’s SO good. I had guava, meat, guava and cheese, and cheese. taking them home! The flavors are perfect and it melts in your mouth. Highly recommend, it’s only 20 mins from Sobe!

My husband just brought me a tostada and café con leche. It’s late afternoon and I was expecting day old bread but it was soft and seemed fresh. Good amount of butter on the bread and very tasty. Usually the butter at other bakeries is tasteless. Café con leche had right amount of sugar. This is exactly what I was craving tonight. Good job Vicky Bakery!

This has to be one of the best bakeries in South Florida and that’s hard to say because there are a lot of bakeries in Miami! However, I came across Vicky bakery first in Miami Lakes when a colleague brought some pastellitos from them I didn’t even know who they were but, they were the best pastellitos I had tasted and I’ve been eating them all my life. So when this location opened I wasn’t too sure if the quality was coming with it but, I was excited to find out since it very near me. To say the least it’s my son’s favorite place to go to on the weekends. He knows the look of it and where it’s at, their tequenos left an impact on him he doesn’t leave without eating 2 or 3! The place is new so it’s nice, clean updated. The service is fast and friendly. However, most importantly is the food and pastries, to die for! Especially if you have non Latin people visiting from out of town this is the perfect place to take them to and try out some Latin pastries or a typical Cuban breakfast. Of course it’s super inexpensive and worth every penny. If you haven’t tried Vicky’s Bakery pastellitos you’re in for a treat!

So disappointed. I had been looking forward to them opening but after today would rather drive a few miles than come here again. Although my breakfast sandwich was good when my husband asked if they would warm his ice cold«papa rellena» in the oven or re-fry they not only refused they didn’t even offer to give him a new one. They just lost a few loyal customers over a «papa rellena». Wow!!!

Don’t know if its because this place is new. But showing up on a Sunday at 10 am to a Cuban bakery with no Cuban bread. That is not 1 strike, but 3 strikes at one time for me. I was out of there.
