Vertigo Dadeland

Had I written this review a few years back it would probably have 3 or 4 stars. But I write today, and I am sad to say that this store has lost a lot of it’s — something — can’t quite point it.
The fashions are more for a «hip» 40−50-year old. And although I don’t see anything wrong with them, they’re just not me. I did find two very cute dresses, which I happily tried on and got. But not before encountering a very rude sales lady.
I brought in an exchange, she snatched the pants from my hands and shook them open ignoring my plea to be careful b/​c the receipt was folded in with the pants. I was trying to tell her that I was exchanging them for something else, but w/​o listening to me she started pointing at the receipt telling me final sale, no money back. I didn’t want my money back — I wanted a dress!!! grrrrr — She made me so mad, I walked away leaving her with the mess she made.
I calmed down by walking through the racks and stashing hangers on my arms full of dresses to try on. Soon another lade nicely came and took those from me. She was much nicer — didn’t get her name — grrr — I still get made thinking of the other lady. No wonder all but one of the racks full of clothes was on sale. With customer service like that, they’ll have to start giving away clothes soon, to get people in the store.
