Nicole Mitchell, terrible employee. Attitude to spare. This chick was about the worst customer service employee I can remember. Not willing to help with anything. Doing the absolute minimum when getting our truck and UBox together. She couldn’t explain anything properly and refused to even make eye contact.
I hate dropping bad reviews on places, but this experience was gut-​wrenchingly awful. Ugh, it gives me stomach aches just thinking about it.
Please, if you need UHaul services, go somewhere else.

I am a huge Uhaul regular, more than I would like to admit! Normally I get good to average service, but NOT at this location! I called yesterday to pick up a ubox, was sent to customer service who then Transfered me to ubox support. Mad a request to pick up ubox. Came next day to pick it up and when I said I was here to pick up my ubox they looked at me like a alien with ten eyes who just kicked them. A total WTF look, as If I had something wrong. They arrgued with me for twenty min and told me it would be a hour before she would have it. I then sat down and called customer support to find out what was going on, they offered to file a complaint I was going to decline but at that very moment a store employee told us we had to wait outside!!! Mind you middle of summer in MIAMI 88 degrees at 1 pm so the sun was blazing!
I was shocked how rude, argumentative and unhelpful they were, had my husband not been along I would have probably retreated to my car in tears. Thankfully customer service was very helpful and kind, not a lot was resolved today but I was promissed they would contact me in 48 hours to help resolve the issue.
Why the end of the whole ordeal the store attendednts were much nicer and helpful, but over all it was not a great experience but it got better by the time. I called corporate 2 times and was told I would recive a call back but never did. Very disappointing.

Warning: This business will charge your credit card WITHOUT authorization. Even if you wish to pay in cash they ask for a credit card for identification purposes. You’re given an option to enroll in automatic payments, which at the time I signed up for the rental I declined. However, I’m now dealing with disputing charges made to my credit card. Stay away from this business. NOTE: This is regarding storage unit monthly rentals, not truck rentals.
