Disappointing, for a trendy and pricey clothing store, customer service was not up to par. The professionalism, sense of urgency, or caring for previous bought sebastien James products was just bad. If you want a better experience I suggest you shop at a more qualified store, with a much better sense of product awareness and people skills.

Chic boutique right by Michael’s Genuine. Friendly helpful staff, stocked with beautiful merchandise. Examples of labels– Red by Valentino, Roberto Cavalli, Helmut Lang, Sonya Rykell(spelling!!!). Things for men and women… got the awesome Sonya R belt with the metal bow if you’re lucky you can get the one with the brown strap.

Well first you run the risk of getting mugged on the way to the store. Then when you get to the store you are greeted by the most disgusting staff you have ever dealt with. Rude would be an improvement. And for dealing with all of this you get to pay top notch prices. Oh and don’t change your mind when you get home because returns are out of the question. Save yourself the trouble and go to saks at least with the high prices you get customer service there.

Yes, it’s pricey — but sales can be had too, if you pay close enough of attention. But this place gets high marks in my books for having a decent men’s selection(especially in the Design District where most boutiques are heavily geared to women). The tiny second story is entirely dedicated to men while the first floor has a mix of the two. Additionally, it’s a local boutique with locations throughout South Florida. And their products are of good quality and timeless modern-classic fashion with some twists. And of course, there’s also plenty of choices for the women.
