The Vitamin Shoppe

Great location, great products, but poor customer service. The manager here is unfriendly and poor in his customer service.

I buy all of my vitamins/​protein shakes at this location. They always honor their website prices in-​store if you ask for it (whih has been between 25−40% off). Everyone there is friendly and knowledgeable.

The vitamin shoppe was not my favorite place when i lived in chicago; nor is it my favorite here. They do however have a wide variety of products that are highly desired my many healthy individuals. Their prices for the most part aren’t gouging, but they are not cheap.
What makes me give this store the fourth star is the fact that the associate i dealt with was so genuinely concerned with doing what he thought was right. He treated with an attitude that would indicate he felt a certain way about customer interaction. I was impressed. I think he was the manager (who knows)
Also I picked up an organic food bar that was a few months away from expiration and they were marked 50% off! smart thinking vitamin shoppe!
summary: if you value your money spend it somewhere staffed with people that want to help you spend and not people who couldn’t give a shit.
