Stopped by The Bar At Level 25 for an after dinner drink on Tuesday night. Although they have food on the menu we just wanted a quick drink and to enjoy the view. Quality I did not order anything special to drink so I was surprised how large the glass was that came out. Unfortunately the drink seemed very weak and not mixed well which was a disappointment. Quantity Giant glass, very little alcohol is not a great combination for a bar. Value Drinks were pricey as could be expected of a hotel bar, but I still felt overcharged. Ambiance The Bar at Level 25 is as could be expected on the 25th floor of the Conrad Hotel in Brickell. The Hotel is about two blocks from the water and right off Brickell Ave. When you enter you take an elevator that shoots right up to floor 25 and pass the expensive artwork for sale on the walls to meet the bar as well as the restaurant Atrio. The bar itself is quite big and has a few televisions if you want to watch the game. There is then a atrium area where you can see up to the higher floors of the hotel with couches and unique hightop tables. However, the real reason to come is to sit on in the patio area where you get a unique view of the water and the Port. There are several surrounding buildings, but in the center is a window through which you can take in the beauty of Miami. Inside the music is a bit loud, but outside it is much quieter, and although it is a bit windy it provides a nice reprieve from the heat outside. Crowd The bar is located inside the Conrad Hotel, which is right in the center of the financial area of Brickell. So what you will find are many business travelers often from all over the world hanging out in this bar. We were just there for a quick drink and must have heard at least four different languages. Service The bartender was friendly, but incredibly slow. He struggled with the mixed drink my girlfriend ordered and I was unimpressed with what he put together for me. I also noticed outside many people were confused whether someone would come around, which eventually they did but at their own pace. Parking If you look you can definitely find a street spot nearby or you could valet at the hotel. As always with Brickell I’m a big believer in public transportation or grabbing a lift. Extra The Bar At Level 25 has a cool view and a pretty laid back vibe. A great spot if you want to take your date to something they likely have not seen before, also probably a great place to meet new people or even network. The problems however are the lack of service and the expensive drinks.

Proposed to my wife at Level 25 on our anniversary. I was a beautiful view. There is seating out side and the wait staff was professional. The environment was very classy. The portions are small but the food is truly excellent. Its a wonderful restaurant and would suggest you go and experience it.

Great place for a date. Most likely one of the best views from a lounge in all of Brickell Avenue. Drinks were moderately priced, the food was a bit pricey. We had the cobb salad and the spicy meatball sandwich. Both were excellent but the portions are pretty small, so each person should order the main plus an app.

Came by to have a quick drink with the buddy after a recent break up to lighten my mood and man was the view great. The drinks were great as well. The décor and ambiance was perfect just just hang out and relax. My friend ordered the Manhattan and I myself went with with their signature strawberry caipirinha and man was it perfect. Thanks Marcella for a wonderful experience and drink recommendations. Next time my bro and I will take you up on the food offer.

The views are still great, but people smoking on the balcony and the overpowering stench of cigarette smoke ruins the experience.

Great atmosphere in the bar, met some good people who were attending functions, had some great snacks and the booze was good also.

This bar inside the Conrad is pretty nice. They have some booths by the bar, a few couches and small tables, and half a dozen high tables outside on the balcony. The outside tables have a really nice view over the water, the port, and some of the islands. Boyfriend and I came here a couple of times for a nightcap while staying at the Conrad. My first impression(and complaint) is that you have to flag down someone to take your order. I was there 20 min one time; several servers walked by without stopping by. Finally I had to wave someone down, literally. Besides this, the drinks and snacks were good. I tried a few different cocktails and liked all of them. Pretty pricey but to be expected. Servers were very friendly once you got one.

Nice bar. Cold drinks. Good view. Just be advised there is a service charge applied to the bill for waiter service on the terrace.

I had this place in my Unilocal bookmarks forever. When my coworker and I decided to go to Atrio for dinner after work one Friday, we figured we would have a drink at Level 25 for happy hour first. There weren’t any happy hour specials… or if there were, our bartender/waitress that we saw very little of never told us about them. We each ordered a drink. Mine was not mixed well and it made it taste really strong. Even after I mixed it, it just didn’t taste great and all I had was vodka and pineapple juice. How do you mess that up?! We also ordered a flatbread. It was okay, but not anything that made up for being ignored and having a drink that tasted like lighter fluid. Come here for the views on their balcony. Have one drink and then get outta there and go somewhere else.

The Thursday Happy Hour is advertised on a flyer right at the bar inviting patrons to «engage in the concoction of your own cocktail creations from a palette of more than 25 ingredients. Sounded great. And.“don’t miss our grand selection of fine wines…» The pricing is listed as «half-off every Thursday from 5pm to 8pm». Since this seemed like such a good deal, the night before we asked someone working at the bar about it, and she confirmed that yes, all drinks were half-off. The reality? When we went on Thursday, we were told that only two specific drinks were half-price, the Mojito, and the Caipirinha. When we referenced the flyer, they looked at it and actually stated that it did not actually say what was written on it. Well, we’re there, so we order a Caipirinha. Sorry, we are all out of Cachaca. So, Happy Hour is now down from 25 ingredients to a one-drink special. So, we had the Mojito. It was not very good. Too sweet and very weak. The views are beautiful, but don’t believe everything you read.

One of the best views in Miami. Nice outdoor terrace about 24 floors up overlooking Biscayne Bay and parts of Key Biscayne. Good drinks.

The bar has always been a good experience. If you’re tired of the typical brickell crowd and want some time to slow down the pace, relax in stress free environment. I agree with Jamie, if you’re looking for a fast paced or club atmosphere, this isn’t the place for you. I find everything about this spot peaceful… almost therapeutic. The service is great and very personalized, good energy, great views(relatively large balcony to enjoy a good cigar and a stiff drink). The 50% off wine is just another good reason to come here.

Last Wednesday I decided to give this place a shot for the happy hour special on Wednesday where all wine and champagne is 50% off whether you buy the bottle or the glass. Sounded too good to be true, so I called ahead of time, and the special was real! I had been to the Conrad before and its a gorgeous hotel, Level 25 has one of the most beautiful views Miami has to offer, in my opinion. Very simple but elegant décor, not too many people at all, which really does surprise me because the prices are very reasonable and the service was great. If you are looking for a bustling scene, go somewhere else, however, if you want a good glass of wine, or just a nice spot to unwind with a breathtaking view, this is your spot.

I went after dinner to level 25 for dessert(and more drinks!) and it is gorgeous! We went inside and right away its just such a cool concept that i was amazed, the view is of the bay and it is beautiful(especially on a clear night, although as Chris mentioned a stormy night would be awesome as well). The dessert we had was a speciality of theirs, some chocolate something or other, and it was so RICH but a very very tasty treat. The prices could be better but I hear they offer a great happy hour so that’s nice. The place did not look crowded at all so it was quiet and the service was good(obviously because they weren’t busy). Since I haven’t eaten dinner there I have no comment on that but for an after dinner treat I would recommend this spot!

Well it depends on what you have in mind and when you go. If you want a relaxing environment with great views, then this is a good place. The outside cocktail tables are great. Even though it’s the smoking area, I wasn’t bothered at all by any smoke and the walls don’t smell musty and gross like many smoking areas. And I hate cigarette smoke and its smell. The tables provide an outdoor atmosphere and a good breeze… and oh yeah… great views. I recommend going at dusk during stormy season when there are lighting storms over the ocean. AMAZING! For us middle class people :) It is affordable if you go during happy hour(5−8pm M-F) and have just a few drinks. Wine Down Wednesdays are nice with $ 5 glasses of wine. Fridays they have half off all liquor which is great also. Otherwise I couldn’t afford drinking there. Even though normally it is too pricey for me, I cannot really complain about the price because that’s the type of place it is. Its ambience is nice and the view is great, which you always will pay for. It is just as pricey as other places like it on Brickell or the Beach. But it is very easy to drop $ 100 on drinks if you aren’t careful. $ 14 dollar Jack/Coke $ 16 or $ 17 Black Label… This is why Friday happy hour is great. Get those half off. I don’t know why more people don’t go for Happy Hour. A DJ on a Friday would be awesome. They don’t have that anymore. Overall…beautiful. A nice place to relax and talk with friends while you sip on a drink or two, unless you are well off financially or act like you are. Then by all means, go crazy.

I attended a very lovely Media Bistro event here. It’s always fun when a large group of people who share a common thread come together. Although I’m not from Miami, I was still able to meet some great people at the event. The view is great, or at least it is at night, when you can see all the lights of Miami and the water. Made me feel like I was on vacation. I wouldn’t say the décor is anything to get excited about. Felt very hotel-ey, which as it is in a hotel, is to be expected, but at the same time I think they could be a bit more fashion-forward. Every service person I encountered was just lovely.

Visited this venue last night with a friend and well… I was a bit disappointed. First of all… the food is way too pricey for what it is. We order the ahi tuna rolls and club sandwiches… and both were really bland… According to my friend her dish had barely any tuna in it… it was more bread than anything else. But…the ambiance and the view make up for everything else. I also had a sour apple martini. and it was ok. I guess I had higher expectations.

Dear Level 25 @ the Conrad, WOW, what utter and total disappointment I feel. And anger, I might add. :( I came here on Friday, trying to support your LVL25 — Elevated Friday’s happy hour. I feel misled. Your flyer claimed that ALL items on the bar menu were 50% off, which was not the case as the food on the bar menu was NOT included. FAIL. That’s false advertising. If I wanted to eat and pay those prices, I would have sat at Atrio and not at the bar. Regardless, the place was empty and the music was not good at all. The lounge-y beats the DJ was spinning reminded me of being at a Benetton store shopping… And after a few minutes it was kind of annoying to say the least. However, in the DJs defense, he started spinning some better tracks as the hour wore on. The drinks were on special, and for that I totally grateful… That made me give you 2(instead of just 1) stars. 50% off my Black on the rocks is always appreciated and looked upon highly. But I can’t get over the FOODFAIL. Not only did I pay full price for all the food($ 16 for a mini pizza!!! $ 20 for a turkey panini!!! $ 14 for 3 tiny Ahi Mini Tacos), BUT the food was GODAWFULTERRIBLE. I mean, the WORST spent money EVER. I cried. No joke. We all did. There were 4 of us, and we got several things to sample. They were all bad. The pizza tasted WORSE than Publix frozen pizza, worse than School Cafeteria pizza. I am not exaggerating. It was cardboard dry and had no flavor. Really!!! Aren’t you supposed to be getting the food from Atrio?! The turkey panini looked like garbage with yellow painted on the inside. They used cold-cut turkey that must have been pre-packaged and there was nothing panini about the bread. It was some strange form of bread, that was stale and old. And the Ahi tuna tacitos were tiny. And this was actually the BEST thing we ordered… Our disappointment was huge, although being that we were STARVING, literally, we ate it all. There wasn’t a crumb left, I can’t lie. I would have wanted to send it back, just to explain to the chef, but at that point, knowing what we were paying for everything and as hungry as we all were, we ate it. You know, I think what the bigger disappointment was is the fact that one of my friends that was there and I had eaten at this happy hour before. And we had LOVED it. But it seems you’ve changed the Chef and menu, both to your total detriment. Bring back the steak skewers and the sushi and the items that people really love to eat!!! PLEASE. It’s a shame to write this as this place has so much potential. But I’ve noticed its just never really gotten off the ground. One has to wonder why??? So many other places in Brickell have a much more happening Happy Hour, so why not this beautiful place? I know I’ll never eat the food here again, and if I come it will only be to enjoy the happy hour specials. Step it up Conrad… You have the location and the beauty… Now just get the vibe and the rest in order and you may be able to reclaim yourself… With ALL honesty, Sabrina* PS… Just so everyone knows, the total bill came out to over $ 140 between 4 people and we were only there an hour. :(FAIL. (I am posting this here as well, since this is actually the Bar — Please see Original review and update at the Conrad’s Unilocal Page)
