Nice service, tasca in Westchester neighborhood With pretty good food too. I didn’t feel like having anything too heavy so we had the pulpo a la gallega. It was only an appetizer, so the person was rather small. It came with potatoes but no bread and I would’ve like to see a little more olive oil. All in all it was pretty tasty though. I would’ve liked for the person to be a little bit bigger but that’s OK. We had a caldo Gallego and it was very nice and a real broth not thick like they might make say at a Cuban restaurant. This was more like what you’d have in Spain. So good, I took some home. Also had a «tabla» of jamon Serrano with chorizo cantimpalo and manchego cheese which was pretty nice. I’d like to come back and try some of the other dishes. Nice experience !

The restaurant has a very nice atmosphere, and the food is amazing. The prices are normal, no cheap not overprices. The only problem here is the service, the waitress met us with a non cordial presentation, she even said«good afternoon.» My mom and dad ordered their entrees and I decided to share with them, because I did not have much appetitive. My dad ordered«Solomillo de cerdo,» while we were enjoying the dish we realized that the meat was not pork at all, it was beef, but anyway we decided to finished it. When the bill came, we noticed that she ordered«Solomillo de res,» and the price was the double. I asked her about why the change, she only said«a te tire res?» and nothing more jajaja. Guys I just recommend you when you visit this restaurant, enjoy the food, but before that be sure that the they take what you really want.

Tried this place for the first time on the recommendation of my wife and son. They heard from others and great reviews we need to try this place. So glad we did. This is Indian/Spanish food. The wife and son did the Indian dishes and I went for a steak, to stones and white rice. My son’s dish was the star-chicken vindaloo spicy. Wife ordered butter chicken and it was very tasty and based on reviews she ordered and paid extra to have the garlic naan, so good. Steak was well cooked. Service with Raul was great, nice guy. Lunch special is buy one get one ½ off. Raul informed us the have live entertainment on Friday and Saturday nights. Sangria was good with fresh fruit inside not the canned fruit cocktail. Indian dishes are worth the trip. One dish was chipped and should be discarded. Great food, great service.

The restaurant has made ridiculous portion cuts. I got four tiny cubes of chicken in my plate with gallons of sauce so it looks like the plate was full. We had to get into an argument and physically count the naan pieces so they would bring us the amount that we SHOULD have gotten. The owner and chef should take restaurant management classes because if not I think their restaurant will be closed soon.

Came in the evening to celebrate my dad birthday. The server gave us the big table as we were 6 in total. Food– ordered lamb briyni, potatoes and cauliflower and vindaloo. Everything is beyond expectation. Vindaloo sauce was perfect. naans specially cheese and chicken were just fantastic. Service was prompt and was attentive. All in all was a fabulous experience and also the Chef came in to check that everything was ok on the table. Nice and caring staff.

Do not fret. Indian and Spanish food just works. I have tried the Indian portion of the menu and the Spanish portion and they’re both fantastic! I had the chicken tikka masala with basmati rice and garlic naan and the flavor and spices were so fragrant! Great customer service as well, all the staff was so polite and kind, really make you feel like family. They have a little Spanish bakery as well and they sell Indian trinkets. Very good food with good quantity and good service.

We came for the Indian food. I had been very curious to try this place and finally got the opportunity. We ordered butter chicken and chicken tikka masala. Both come served with basmati rice and buttered naan. Everything was really delicious! I didn’t know what to expect from a restaurant called«Tasca de Espana» that also happens to serve Indian food, but I’m so glad I tried it. Our server was very nice and I can’t wait to come back.

This place is so bizarre. I would never imagine a Spanish and Indian restaurant come together like this — and the Indian kitchen is HALAL! WTH! Mind Blown! All the food was delicious. The sangria couldn’t come fast enough we were gulping it down so hard. Looking for an adventure, have a meal here. Took some pastries to go(because they’re also a bakery — what don’t they do?) and they were amazing! The almond cake and brazo gitano literally finished in 5 minutes. By a 99 year old.

My husband and I drive by this place often as it is close to our home, we always talked of going in but never did because we didn’t think it would be that great but we were so wrong! First time we went was for dinner on Feb 13th and the place was packed! They had live music and everything. The food was excellent, the waitress was really friendly and most importantly the owner was up front and center overseeing that everything was up to perfection. The food was delicious, best lamb shank you can eat in Miami! Seriously give this place a try! You won’t be disappointed!

Came for Spanish Indian fusion. One of those sit-yourself affairs. Menu is huge and half in Spanish but Google got my back. Ordered a mango lassi on a whim. Automatic 5 stars. Got lamb curry. Fire. Got kashmiri naan. Fire. Remains 5 stars. Protip: save the lassi for a post-curry treat for your burnt mouth.

Worst shit I ever tried to eat. Ordered chorizo and wine and got mushrooms and four pieces of Chorizo. Wine glass had lipstick stains on it. The empire was reading about more times to the point where is stiff. I should’ve known better when the waitress asked me if I was going to eat Spanish food or Hindu food. Stay away !!!

I wish I can rate this place no stars. My main reason for the horrible review starts with the owner, who run this place like a slave ship. He even made a waitress cry in front of the restaurant, what professional does that? He’s obnoxious and swears that his non-authentic Indian food is the best in town, news flash! It’s not. He even beeped at us while we were trying to get out of the parking lot in his crappy Honda. My second reason for the review is the slimmed down portions! Wow… They use to give baskets in Naan and infinite amounts of steamed rice, not anymore. Definitely stay away and head over to Mint Leaf.

Rude, discourteous and shocking The owner(Shahrukh) is downright rude, hypocritical and arrogant and should take lessons in being sensitive to customer needs. Food is highly questionable. The Indian food is far from Indian. On many instances the owner has dismissed our concerns with a callous«we make it that way here» in a tone that is suggestive of «Have it or get lost». If you made a to-go order, good luck to you… You will come home and get a big surprise. Knowing all this, we sometime go there when we are passing by it or are with friends who prefer Indian food and try to play it safe with menu items we are familiar with. On one ocassion we ordered a rasmalai, a classic Indian dessert( ). We were shocked to see what arrived. See the photo of what arrived and compare it with what it should look like. The answer from the owner: The classic«we make it that way here» My wife and I are not heavy eaters. The last time, the two of us were passing by the place and were not very hungry and ordered just the biriyani( ) and dessert to share. The owner said there is a $ 15 minimum per person on «show nights»(more on shows later). At first We thought he was not being serious as it was not the first time we were dining there or the the first time we had ordered light on a «show night». Turns out he was dead serious and asked us straight up to either increase the order size or leave and could not do anything about it. On inquiring further he was very dismissive and finally showed that term and condition in some small fine print in some corner of the menu. The behavior of the owner was clearly pre-meditated. Had this behavior come from a wait staff or server, I would have understood, but coming from the owner, it was shocking. What he calls«show» is just a lot of extremely loud singing and dancing. If you don’t want to take my opinion, see the reviews of others from an Indian background here for the same place. If you want lousy food, really loud song and dance, downright rude, indifferent and callous service, this is the place for you… otherwise, just stay away.

I wish this place had better service. The food was fine but since it goes coupled with the service not good enough to make me go back. I went in with my friend at about 2:30pm and was given the lunch menu. 15 mins after someone brought water, but we didnt know if that person was our server and i didnt get the chance to ask. 10 mins after someone else came to the table and i ordered a couple of appetizers. In the meantime, the person who had brought the water told us that was leaving and another server was going to take care of us. One of the appetizers were the croquettes(i ordered 2 types) and the order was wrong, since our server(the new one, who i asked someone else for) never passed by to check if we needed anything my friend ended up eating them. So ok, on us. I couldnt complain because of that one anymore. Then, after waiting again, we were ready to order or better yet, our server was ready for us: well, he told us we couldnt order from the lunch menu. Ha, and that was the menu we had right in front of us. I explained to him that we had been there already for almost and hour and he gave me the kitchen excuse; that made me feel like a baby c’mon. Since i had my friend i was letting all that go because i didnt want to make a big deal and interrupt our good time toguether. The food came out fairly fast but my side was wrong. I was almost done with my meat when i had the chance to tell my server to change the side for me, and he did. Well, there were no apologies, no how can i fix it, nothing. Our server seemed pretty nervious and young(mid 20s maybe); he had only one more table which made me think he did not have much experience. I paid cash and when he was bringing the change back i told him to keep it(more than 20%) so he couldnt believe it. It was then when he kept going to my table to keep saying thank you, as if i had done him a favor. Well, before leaving and away from the other guests i saw him and he told me thank you one more time. Ahahha, i had to tell him how his service had been, and the things he should change so he can always earn 20% tips. Im giving it three stars because the food was not bad but they need to train that staff, oh yes.

The Indian food is acceptable. Certainly not as tasty as some hole-in-the-wall/mom and pop Indian restaurants in Ft Lauderdale, but this is the only Indian restaurant in Westchester. As for the service, read your bill carefully. Our waiter added a 20% auto-grat to our bill(for only two people), and we had no clue! What restaurant in ghetto Westchester Miami autograts 20%? This is not South Beach! It was clearly a deplorable move on his behalf, and as a result, they deserve a deplorable review. Don’t eat at a place that steals from its patrons!

El servicio de este lugar es pésimo. Al punto que nos tuvimos que levantar e irnos pues después de estar por más de 25 minutos esperando ni el menú nos habían traído.
